We enjoyed the food that was delivered. The kamikaze wings are always the best.
However, the chips were ordered as crispy and most were more soggy with very few crispy ones. Also we had ordered a kid’s meal that came with a drink, but received a straw and no drink.
We love some ECW. Everything from the wraps, sandwiches, mac and cheese skillet, salads and most importantly the wings are great!

You need better drink specials throughout the week, your domestic beer, compared to other restaurants are too high, your bourbon selection is terrible!
You need better advertisement… Most people that live in or around Berwick community don’t even know your establishment exist.
There are times that I come to your establishment and I’m the only one sitting at the bar and there may be one or two other customers in the whole restaurant.
ECW wings are THE best.
They always get my order ready fast and the the food is always good.
Every time I visit this location everyone is so nice and friendly. They are very attentive. I enjoy eating at this location

Worst website I've ever tried to navigate. Struggled for over 30 minutes trying to place, and pay for, an order. Finally called the store and placed my order manually.

The waitress was great and the food was very good 👍
I ordered 60 wings. When I went to pick them up I was told to wait for my sides, no problem. I was handed a bag and was told " I can check my wings while I wait". Everytime the associate goes over them with me, not this time. To make it worse there were 4 people just standing behind the countrr chatting, including the lady who told me to check by myself. I had a question and I watched an eye roll as 2 associates stared at eachother. VERY DISAPPOINTING & UPSETTING! Sixty wings is a big order and I was treated like crap and I didn't matter!

I paid 99 cents for the wings to be extra saucy, and in turn they were even less saucy than normal. They were overcooked and extremely dry.
Food was cold the last two times I’ve done an online order. Yesterday’s boneless wing portion was on the smaller size as well.

This ECW is not as "nice" as some other ones. The location, state of the building, and the service are all indicative of that area of town. Building renovations including lighting, parking lot clean-up, and staff training could all be beneficial

When you walk in.. you are not greeted. 4 wait staff look at you and go about their business. At least say- hello- someone will be with you soon. We had a party of 2 this time. Line was 10 people long- No one acknowledges you until the host comes back. The food was amazing. The waitress was great this time. Thanks.
