I think there’s some room for improvement. At first the person who greeted me was nice and courteous. I walked out of the store and noticed my order wasn’t complete and she quickly helped me with the missing items.
I got a 20 piece with fries and a salad. Got 4 wing flavors. Mango habanero, lemon pepper, kamikaze, and bbq peppercorn. Gonna be honest, the flavors all tasted very similar. Give the flavor a 6. Asked for extra crispy but wings looked and felt like they were just heated up.
I’m a big fan of wings and I like that there’s a bar so I’d give it another go maybe dining in next time.
We had 5 Peruvian Pastors with us that did not speak English. Your workers spoke to them in Spanish, did much to help them. They enjoyed the food and your fellowship. Thank ypu so much for your professionalism. Everyone one enjoyed the visit. Thank you.
As a previous employee of a different location I can honestly say I was extremely disappointed from the moment we walked in. We have dined at this location multiple times over the past decade but live closer to a different location now. We were in the area and decided to stop for dinner. We waited at the door for over 5 minutes to be acknowledged because the hostess was in the back bagging to go orders. Then when seated it took another 15 min to place our drink order. At this time we also went ahead with our dinner order. The waitress was not knowledgeable on the menu and was confused about a simple order. I believe there were a total of two waitresses, one in the dining room (ours) and one in the bar area. Our waitress had 5 tables aside from ours. It took her 20 min to close out tabs for people. Our drinks were never refilled. She did not pay us any attention at all. Our food came out wrong. No apology, no compensation, nothing. Order still didn’t come out completely correct but at this point we were fed up. The manager who has been there for years wasn’t helping the waitress at all. Honestly she was just walking back and forth to the computers, not acknowledging the guests needing to pay or needing a refill. We asked the manager for a sauce and she never brought it. Also reminded her of a side we had not received, again she never brought it. Finally after another 15 min the poor cook had to come out to find the waitress and ask if she was going to deliver our food. The waitress and manager honestly both need retraining. The hostess wasn’t the best either but she was bussing tables, taking to go orders, boxing orders and seating people. The waitress kept walking in circles but doing nothing. This establishment needs a full retraining and makeover or the location should be closed to preserve the ECW name.
