Bartender with 5 or 6 at the bar shouldn't be waiting tables as well. Great personality and a good server but bartending took away table attentiveness

There was no curbside service even though that's what I requested on the app. They gave me the wrong order and I had to go back inside to correct it. The wings had little to no sauce on them. For the amount of money I spent, I will not be reordering in the future.

The waiter clearly did not care about taking care of us. He asked me for my drink order 3 times because he said he “forgot”. I ordered bottomless chips, he proceeded to bring out another tray of chips and he set the tray down on top of my cup of ranch and he spills the ranch. I ask him for another ranch because HE spilt mine. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and when I got it it was just plain, with no buffalo sauce. I was beyond frustrated so I just ate it because I was ready to be done. When I got the bill he had charged me 2.75 for a cup of ranch when HE knocked my ranch over. Very disappointed in the service and visit at this location.

Good food, and great service.

The entire order was wrong! Ordered 25 BONELESS got bone in and it was to have extra sauce and had very little to none. ALL the wing orders boneless and bone in were ALL over cooked and dried out. The chips were soggy and not cooked properly. Very disappointing and this is the second time in a row this has happened.

The food and service was great. We eat there regularly. The only complaint is the lack of air conditioning in the building. They have had problems with the air conditioning system for years. We quit going there during the summer because of this. Everything else was great.

Our waitress was the best!

During my last visit my waitress was not proactive in providing her services. We frequently visit Eastcoast wings. We were ready to order immediately. We were never asked to order before she proceeded to getting the drinks and food order for two other tables that came in after us. In addition, when our food came, we had to ask for napkins and silverware, two separate occasions. The overall experience was the worst in the year we have been going there. We were so disappointed we didn’t eat much of our order and took it Togo.

Service and Taste, Excellent.

The person at pickup was super nice and helpful. She helped me with a question and was so kind. The food was all hot and good.
The only issue we had was that we paid for 3 teas plus one in the kids meal and they were all gross. No one could drink them. So that was a wasted $10.

When you do not have items, please do not place them.on the menu. I ordered a cobb salad only to see that there was no egg. There was no avocado either. I usually order this particular salad because I get more items iin it that the others and it is what I order the most from ECW. I am only assuming that you ran out.of eggs and avocado because it surely could not have been that they were forgotten when the salad was being prepared.
