Food was great. However, the last two visits in I have had reward points that should have resulted in a discount on my bill. According to your email I have over 200 rewards points, but no discount was given on my bill, even though I told the waitress to take any points that I have off the bill. I repeat… this happened the last two visits! WT…?? I think your people need some training.

My chicken wings were not fresh, you could tell they had been sitting for some time and warmed over and sauce sprinkled on them. They were dry and tough. However the chips were good
I have used East Coast Wings + Grill a number of times for meetings and catering, and they have consistently delivered excellent food and great service. Every experience has been reliable, professional, and positive.
Most recently, the owner personally delivered food for a graduation event, which was greatly appreciated. From all accounts, the wings were a hit, and our guests really enjoyed them.
I highly recommend East Coast Wings + Grill for meetings, events, and catering needs. Great food, dependable service, and a team that truly cares about its customers.
