The service I received last night was subpar. And the wings were way too crispy.

Friendly fast Super Bowl wing pick up
I'm happy to get this feedback request because I also want to email management. We placed a dinner order for our family yesterday for the super bowl.
The order went through and said it was complete on the app. When it was time for pick up, ONLY the wings were complete! This was on Super Bowl Sunday at dinnertime when finding an alternative dinner for our family would have been near impossible.
Everyone was upset and we were forced to run to the supermarket and cook dinner during the game.
We never received a call after our order was placed around 1pm that I ly wings would be available. Had we known that, we would have made alternative plans.
This was unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

First, I spoke to a young server named Izzy, I believe, at the Manassas, VA location. I needed to change my pickup time for my order and she was wonderful in helping me with my order. She was incredibly kind as well.
Later, when I came to the requested pickup time, the food was ready to go (on the night of super bowl, nonetheless). The same server was there to greet me and assist me in getting my food
Lastly, the wings I had were delicious and there were great options to pick from.
More than likely is my preferred location for wings in the area!

Thank you for asking about our experience. My family and I were really looking forward to a fun Super Bowl night, so we placed a pickup order for dinner and wings. The staff got our order right, and honestly, the chips and fries were a hit after we gave them a quick spin in the air fryer.
That said, we ran into some trouble with the packaging. All 50 wings were packed in five separate containers based on the sauce, but none had labels, so we had to play a guessing game to figure out which flavor was which. It turned dinner into a bit of a tasting challenge—which, while funny at first, slowed us down and made things a little frustrating.
On top of that, all five containers were placed in a single, untied plastic bag. I think splitting them into two or three bags and tying them up tight would make it a lot easier to get home without any spills. As it happened, the whole bag tipped over in my teenager’s car. Sure, maybe he could have wedged it in better, but the way it was packaged just didn’t help. When we got home, we found sauce everywhere—on the outside of the containers, in the bag, you name it. We had to clean up and repackage everything before we could eat, which took a while and left our meal a bit on the cold side.
We really did enjoy the food, but honest feedback: a little more attention to labeling and packaging would have made our night a lot smoother. Just a few tweaks could turn a good takeout experience into a great one!

The last two times there the wings have been way off. I order them the same every time when I have wings, Hot wing Santa Fe on them. The second to last time they were literally too hot to eat. They were way beyond what they had been in the past and looked like they had hot lava sauce on them. The last time they were under cooked, slimly, and even a little pink in the middle.
Fast friendly service order was correct and fresh , was ready for pick up when I arrived. Supper Bowl Sunday.

Big hair in my nachos and the food just wasn’t good at all. Very disappointed and it was my husbands birthday dinner. Also my husband is a fan of the tater tots and they have cut proportions way back.
