Service and Taste, Excellent.
The person at pickup was super nice and helpful. She helped me with a question and was so kind. The food was all hot and good.
The only issue we had was that we paid for 3 teas plus one in the kids meal and they were all gross. No one could drink them. So that was a wasted $10.
When you do not have items, please do not place them.on the menu. I ordered a cobb salad only to see that there was no egg. There was no avocado either. I usually order this particular salad because I get more items iin it that the others and it is what I order the most from ECW. I am only assuming that you ran out.of eggs and avocado because it surely could not have been that they were forgotten when the salad was being prepared.
We have ordered twice from the restaurant and have mixed opinions.
The first time we ordered, it was amazing. Everything was perfect, and we would have given 5/5 stars.
However, the last time we ordered, we added extra wings for lunch given how good it was the first time, and we only ate about 1/3 of the wings we ordered, as they were dark and overcooked.
We would likely order again but will not order a large quantity, as we are not sure if we will get good wings or not.
We love the wings here.

I enjoy my visit every week I come. The staff members are very friendly and pleasant. I moved across and have a ECW less than 5 minutes from my house, but I drive all the way to the Country Club Road store because of the staff.
Friendly staff. Our waitress was very efficient and friendly. Food was good. Plaice was clean. Ladies bathroom was clean.

Our waiter was fantastic, very pleasant, friendly, accommodating, made suggestions, and was apologetic when our food didnt come out as we had asked. (Note both my order and my husband's did not come out as we had asked. Another gentleman brought the food out and our waiter did not have a chance to see that it was not correct). Thought it was rather strange that cinnamon sweet potato fries would be served with ranch dressing. Our waiter promptly refilled our sodas and removed the charge from the bill for the wrong food that was served. We will definitely be back, but were disappointed that our initial order wasn't correct.

I started buying our wings from the Clemmons location about 6 months ago and the quality, speed, and service are best in Clemmons!
The moment we walked in we ere greeted by Candice ho has a great personality that makes you glad you came in. She helps you find the perfect seat.
Then comes this bouncing server named Brandy who assist you in making your order. She continually cheks on how your dining experience is going.
These two are why I return there for a meal. I know it will be a great experience.
They need a reward for being a great representative of East Coast.
The staff is very friendly and competent. Nice selection of beers too.
