What could we do to improve?

The wings came out cold. Ordered teriyaki medium heat and they were cold. To touch the bone was cold and even the waitress agreed. But they quickly made some more and they were perfect. At first cook said teriyaki sauce made them cool down but they were cold. I eaten enough wings in my lifetime that I know that was bull. But waitress and manager were very nice and apologetic and got me the new wings quickly. I’ll definitely will be back.

I ordered boneless wings and they gave me bone and when I went to the manager about it, he was extremely rude to me.

Always great food ! Staff are ALL super nice. Our waitress could've been a slight bit more attentive. It wasn't that busy. When she came around tho, she was excellent. Just an observation, not a complaint. Overall a good experience.

Everything about East Coast Wings & Grill was spectacular. The wings were cripy with amazing flavor. Buffalo chicken dip w tortilla chips hit the spot. The bartender as well as the manager provided stellar customer service.
