We did a take out order and had fries and Tator tots. They of course were soggy when we got home. I wonder if there is a different type of packaging to help them stay crispier for take out orders. Everything else was wonderful!

ECW in Mount Airy is a family favorite and has been for years. The food is consistently good and that means a lot when it comes to food.
My chicken on my chicken sandwich was overcooked.
I was not even able to eat it because it was hard.

The past couple of times I have visited, my order was wrong. I also do not like the fact that there is no mention that the heat index of the wings comes from buffalo sauce. I am not a buffalo sauce fan. Since I learned this I have been ordered the flavors without heat and have been happy with the taste.
Our food was hot and delivered very quickly and our waitress was very kind to me my wife and our 2 kids.
Week end bar tender is awesome. Very attentive to all the guests with accurate orders and friendly attitude. Speaks to guests as soon as they arrive.

The wings were prepared very well and tasted great! The only thing this place needs is the TVs fixed and the NFL SundayTicket!!
Waitress was extremely kind, hot chips were cooked to my preference and the dining partner also got hot chips cooked to preference. Beverage was not a potent as I would have liked it to be.

Quick service and tasty food.. bacon was particularly tasty and the tomato crisp and fresh. Good ice tea too. Good service and got an ice tea to go.

Not truly disappointed but don’t think the taste of the food is consistent enough to recommend. Always enjoy dining on the wing night special but it cs. Be hit or miss.

The ability to utilize Google pay or PayPal for digital checkout in the app would be one of the largest improvements. Digital based receipt feels mislabeled, because the order confirmation serves as a better receipt for itemization. Ordering in the app could also be more clear for how to add add-ons such as sauce or other items, because it was a little unintuitive when trying to move forward with the order.

We ordered take out for the first time yesterday, December 13th, 2025. We ordered a kids meal and they forgot the drink. One of our wings boxes was cracked and everything was spilling on to our other order. Besides those two things everything else was fine.
