Wait staff was excellent! Had a great lunch!
Good food, convenience, and nice service
It took almost 20mins to receive food during lunch hours. Other tables that sat down after me received their food. I had to ask wait was taking so long from the server twice.

We really like this location. The food is great and the service is always top notch! Our server, Sidney, takes good care of us. Food is hot and delicious. The Caesar salad here is the best around!!

We were there for over an hour before we ever got our food. That makes eating out with 2 little kids very difficult. My husband ordered a side salad and got fries instead. I ordered a lava ranch and it didn’t come with my food. The waitress never came back while we still had food to ask for it.
The servers are the best. They recognize me when I walk in and immediately bring my tea to the table.

Please, update your menu. It needs some help. Your wing varieties are great, but the quesadillas, tacos and burgers are just blah.
They’re very helpful. The waitresses are very helpful with my order. They worked with me and they’re very very nice to me. They try to help me decide what kind of flavor of wings I won’t. They’re just very very very nice place to get wings and this is a model. I loveEast Coast wings. I don’t go nowhere else to get my wings. I get my wings from East Coast in Davie County. I don’t get them nowhere else so thank you again. My experience was 100% thank you very much.

The food is always great, lots of healthy choices to choose from, being diabetc and all, great service always, and always plenty of seating.

It's hit and miss. Consistency is an issue. Order saucy wings in house, 85% of the time it's saucy. Order saucy to go, one set of wings is saucy, the other barely has anything on them and almost considered a dry rub, even though they were Grand Cayman. Speaking of Grand Cayman, I don't think the recipe is written down, because it comes out different every time. Overall, still the same flavor, but you can tell it's mixed and never the same. Which might go for all the sauces actually. Had the same experience with the Outwest Ranch recently. Service has gotten better though. Wing sizes are more consistent and bigger, though infrequently a chicken died in vain with some dinky little piece that barely has any meat on it. Of course, having to pay extra for flavors and dressings is kind of a crazy practice, but that's a corporate decision? No other wing place does that to my knowledge. Kind of silly to split 13+12 wings and get charged $1 to do so, when the kitchen has to split wings all the time anyway because everyone isn't ordering the same thing... Also, if we're being honest here, your ranch/bleu cheese isn't even close to the best anyone has ever tasted, so hard to reason extra charge. Kind of like "not being pretty enough" to be that crazy. Anyway, don't call/email, just be better. My humble opinions, take it or leave it.

The food and the service!
Christie is one of the reason we go there. She is always smiling and pleasure. She knows our drink order before we even tell her, she has my husband's Diet Pepsi at the table. The food is amazing. LOVE the pub bites. The chicken wings and the chicken fingers are our favorites.
The bartenders always seem to be out of sight when you need them.
