Excelent service and quality of food

My family got their food. I had to wait and wait for my wings. Only 5 wings then I didn’t get my celery and carrots. A lot of people to go order was messed up. We had to wait for ever for our food.
Our server & bartender was very friendly and gave us great service. We had a party of 13 and never had to wait any extra time for anything. Food was great as well.

I gave my name when I came in and then waited for about 10 min. When they came back they tried to give me the wrong order. I told them my name again because the order they handed me was to large to be mine. Then when I checked my order the hamburger was not what I had ordered. The fries were already cold so my food had been ready for a minute before I got it. They took my food back and got it fixed. By the time got home the fries were iced cold.
This is not the first time my food wasn't right or not fresh.
Sometimes the food at this location is exceptional, sometimes not so much. I suspect it depends on the cook.
We prefer the Denver NC location because it’s consistent.
Great food
Another day, another disappointment at East Coast Wings in Mocksville. I bravely paid extra for the “saucy” option again—silly me, thinking that meant the wings would actually have sauce on them. Wild concept, I know.
25 Raging Ranch wings: so dry I’m surprised they didn’t blow away in the wind.
25 Bang Bang Shrimp wings: identical to the Raging Ranch in both appearance and flavor. Truly a culinary magic trick.
Meanwhile the Bourbon and Hot Honey wings actually had sauce—apparently those sauces won the coin toss in the kitchen today.
At this point, I’m convinced there's some top-secret combination of cheat codes required to get saucy Raging Ranch wings. Maybe I need to knock twice, spin in a circle, and whisper a prayer to the wing gods? Who knows. I’ve had saucy wings from here before, so I know it’s physically possible—just apparently not for me, or on any day ending in “Y.”
Honestly, I have better odds of scratching a $20 winner at Circle K than getting what I pay for at this location. It’s been disappointment after disappointment, like clockwork. The only reason they still get business is because they sell wings. Period. There's no competition, so why bother trying, right?
Just sad this is the “best” Mocksville has to offer… if this is the bar, it’s on the floor.

I drove 25 minutes to have this food after not coming here after a few months due to a bad experience so I wanted to give it another try, I guess my last experience is an always experience when coming here. I got there, my online order was ready, I opened it and it looked fine, I arrived at my house and the first bite I took from the chicken sandwich almost made me throw up, it was the toughest driest piece of chicken breast ever, biting into it was like fighting with it, you had to yank it off, I thought it was only that bite so I tried a different area and same exact thing, was a horrible thing, the breading was soggy and falling off and felt like flesh, I threw it away right away and sent an email but haven’t heard anything back yet. I will not go out of my way again to have this happen again, what a disappointment.
