I have been eating at this East Coast Wings locations regularly for five years. I have never had bad service. Every time I have visited I have been treated with kindness and respect. Also, the service is always prompt.
Service was excellent. Food delicious.
Don't overcook the drums. The flats are perfect but the drums are always overcooked and tough. Sorry.
We had great food, great service, and a great experience overall. East Coast Wings has something for everyone to enjoy.

I had 16 rewards in my app. One day they all disappeared without warning. This very nice lady (I think her name was tory) at home office tried to make it right. But it was nothing close to the 16 rewards that I EARNED!

The staff was great, as usual. However I didn't realize the burgers were changed to "smash" burgers. When I order a burger, I want to BURGER. I want to taste the meat not just the bun and toppings. Guess I'll stick to me usual and not even LOOK at the burger page. Chrissy and Mandy were amazing. So nice to go somewhere they know you and your likes.
We went exactly one week apart. Our first trip there was a fabulous, great service, great food.
Last night the restaurant was not as busy as the first time we went, and it seemed like they had more servers.
Once we were seated, it seemed to take forever for us ti be acknowledged, and other who came in after us were being served.
There where only 2 of us. Our order came in batches meaning we ordered 20 wing deal to split, (it came with 2 sides & I had ordered a small side salad to eat while waiting.) Some of the wings, along with the salad and 1 side came togther...We had to wait on 2 of wings..lol
When I got ready to pay, the waitress set the payment handheld device on the table & walked away...
