Service and food
The food was very good and service was on point.
I love this location! I order from there at least once a week. Got my usual order that I always get yesterday and got home with only half my order. They usually get it right so I didn't check it but was disappointed when I got home. The only other problem I have is not with the clemmons location but the app, I use every week. I have accumulated a lot of different rewards and can use my points no problem but the free things that I have earned never lets me use them. I use the app all the time and if I tell the manager they usually take care of it but the app always says invalid reward. Please fix this. I do love the clemmons location and will continue to go there regularly!
We use to love this place so much.. the past few times it has not been the best. Today was the worst. They do seat yourself.. okay fine we have never had any issues with that but today it took forever for someone to even acknowledge us and the person who did past by us so many times before hand. It took use FOREVER to get our drinks and our waiter would just keep disappearing and forget to bring what we even asked for. We waited on ranch for our chips for a long time and I finally went up to the bar to see if someone was standing up there to ask for some and there was one guy up there who I am pretty sure was a manager. He acted like I bothered him to even ask for some ranch we have been waiting on for a bit. The food was good but the service was horrible.
I was just two minutes late to do the lunch menu and the girl would not let me use it. The menu said it went till 330 and she said it ended it 3 I was there at 325 not well pleased with her helpful ness
Food was fresh and flavors were on point. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Lisa and her staff always treat me like family. Marcus, Malia are the best!

Upon arrival we noticed the sanitation grade is a low 90. The food taste like it was cooked days before. They had dirty tables. The waitress was sitting at a table talking to a customer not doing anything else. We should have left when we walked in and saw the sanitation grade but we decided to stay and try it and that was a mistake.

I ordered ALL FLATS but did not .This has happened several instances.
The food was so good and tasty very pleased
My husband’s food was not prepared correctly even the waitress noticed. She tried to fix one problem but we didn’t even bother with the other. Service as just ok. My glass was empty for a whole before anyone noticed.

Fries were under cooked and burger had pickles on it when asked for no pickles. Basically making burger un edible
Sometimes the food is a little undercooked and rushed out but is also not hot enough.
Service is always fantastic & reliable.

Online ordering is very confusing and difficult to use. You can’t place your order without tipping. That is not ethical. If you make a mistake you can’t delete an item and start over. Seems like a new challenge each time I use it. It sucks. Wings are great.
The service was amazing as always. Our waitress was so nice and made a great drink. She knew pur order for appetizer before we asked for it.
Very friendly staff and the wings were wonderful. Loved the new special with the wings and two sides.
