How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

While I enjoy eating at ECW for lunch mainly(buffalo chicken fingers) I still struggle with the fact the hot chips never seem to get cooked correctly. They either always come out soggy and not allowed for oil to drain off or half done, half not then soaked and served. So the chips are almost unedible when soaked on your plate with oil. (Yuck)
They almost never come cooked correctly. I should probably just order something else but to be honest the other options are much better so the hot chips seem like the best choice. Needs to be a better method for your cooks to follow so that 1 the chips are cooked correctly and 2 not half done' half not, then soaked and served in oil on your plate.
