The burgers have always been fantastic here, but the last time I was there, I got this worst burger I have ever had. The meat was Dry as a bone. It was horrible and I haven't been back since. Too bad...use to love this place.
I have eight at this place twice, first time just opening orders came out wrong some food cold but I gave it a benefit of the doubt , considering that it was a new establishment that just needs a little more work. Almost a year later I decide to go back only to be disappointed once again was given the wrong takeout order...
Still went back for a third time in the third time was about 20 minutes before closing, the young lady took my order said it will be ready in 10 minutes and when I arrived, the manager came and told me my food was not prepared because the kitchen was closing when the order was placed. But never took the time to pick up the phone to let me know instead once I arrived..

Clean the restaurant better. It has an odd smell or odor.
The food is excellent. My family and I love wings, and I Iove the customization options for the wings. We can all get exactly what we want. The prices are great, the beer specials are great, the service is always good. I love it.

Manager on duty(I think), was walking around, checking on people & asking if everything was o.k.
I work at a restaurant, too & our manager does this. I believe it really helps, makes customers feel welcome, appreciated, & that someone cares.
This location should be a "traing center" for all the others !
The restaurant having one women’s bathroom is not ideal.
