We order wings weekly. We always order extra crispy because we don’t like the skin to be soft. Yesterday, our wings were not extra crispy and they were border line undercooked. We had to pull off the soft wet skin, to be able to eat the wings. We ended up throwing much of our order away. We were so sad with the inconsistency. Not sure we’ll order next week, sadly!😢
The service was outstanding and the food was very delicious.
Food was delicious and plentiful. Enjoyed the rest of the Quesadillas for lunch today. We did not finish the salad, it was too much. When we decide to dine out again, we will be back.
Speed of service
Our waitress was very attentive and nice to talk to. She did a great job during lunch service.

The last two times I've been there I have ordered hot chips. Now I do like them fairly crispy but both times the chips I received had been sitting under a heat lamp and were not fresh. I could have sent them back but then I would not have had them with my meal. Never have this situation at the other location we go to. Sorry for the grade but this just ruined my experience. Except for that the sandwich and service was good. I believe this is the second time I have given a bad grade for this same reason. Evidently these are not being addressed or possibly even read.
The food was good and it was like we ordered it . I will go back that was the first time i have ate there in a while , i will let you know more when i go back.
The servers are great and the food is consistently good.
6/22/26 first time in 3 years they gave me the wrong wings and I didn't get my free ice cream or points Manager was not helpful at all
Bri the bartender was fantastic! Food came out fast and she even included some extra sauce for us! Our wings were packed up very nicely with plenty of ranch and veggies provided! Great experience and the food was phenomenal as always!
Friendly staff and quick service
If i say extra saucy and you charge me for it. I expect extra saucy. Then when I let u look at the wings and their not extra saucy. You tell me that's how they make them. Then you dont want to give me the sauce that I paid for. And it's on the receipt. The manager at this store now refused to give me what I paid for. Always make the customer happy. I did not mind paying again for my sauce but I should not have had to pay for it again. This is the only east coast wings I will go to. And I was very disappointed with my visit. And if i say dont make my wings too hard. Please dont cook them hard. They were wings they already had cooked and put sauce on them. So will I have to go and say fix my wings fresh from now on. To make it right u can reimbursed for my order. Thank you.

always excellent food and excellent service. the food is always freshly prepared and high quality meats. my Philly cheesesteak is high quality with no fat or grissle. I eat there every Sunday.

The app is not user friendly. I tried to use Apple Pay, but it tried to charge amount not including tip, then app would not accept it. I had no way of changing it, so I had to use my card.
Happy this time when I order semi-floppy chips that they were cooked well (previously, I had received VERY floppy and undercooked with this request). Chicken tenders seemed much smaller than usual, but still delicious. Counter service at restaurant was great, as usual.
wings and service both great
Will the ac is set so low that the floors would get damp and makes them slick. We almost fell from it being slick. Service was good.
I really liked the lettuce wraps. But the pub pretzels are so good!
