Chicken Mac and cheese skillet was real bland. Maybe add light seasoning to it.

The sauce choices for the wings are the best of any restaurant I have ever found. I also like the fact that you can get the wings extra crispy. The menu has a large variety of offerings to please everyone in your party. Waitresses / waiters are nice and helpful.

What could we do to improve?

The food is usually pretty good, although order errors are prevalent. The wait staff is a bit inattentive, usually needing to be flagged down for drink refills, etc. The poor dine-in experience means I usually get my order to go… and check it thoroughly.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I requested extra crispy wings - I stressed it on the phone twice. Wings were all soft. Order was with a dry rub so no cause for a sauce to soften them. Very disappointed.
