food amount
I was looking for draft beer specials, but there were none offered. Winston-Salem and Kernersville have daily specials.
Wings came with little sauce. You guys are too stingy with ranch. Its getting worse
Wings are very small compared to wings we get at other places.
The employee who brought food out to sidewalk as I couldn’t step onto the curb with crutches. She’s awesome!!! Plus the wings are always great! Thanks

Typically I do take out and for the most part, my orders are usually correct. But I’ve found I need to check every order before leaving as items have been missing. Would be nice to not have to do that for every order and have confidence that they are right.
Make sure to credit points when purchases are made. This location has forgotten twice already.

The fact that they don’t have mimosas on Sunday for the ladies is a bit frustrating.

My order was incorrect my wings were not the correct flavors they were backwards and I was overcharged. I didn’t call back because I was not going back out to take them back. I would like my order refunded but don’t expect it
Made 2 debit transactions (1 at the bar and the other at the table) and according to my bank transactions, I was charged 3 times. Called and spoke to the manager and he told me that he would look into it after I gave him the time that I was questioning (1 minute apart). He did call me back and informed me that according to his records, there was only 1 transaction that took place and that the server is to swipe the card twice for the transaction. He also informed me that every restaurant charges you twice and after 3 business days it should be cleared up, if not to call him and he would fix it.
So I want to start with. ECW is my favorite wing place. Especially because I can order flavors and add heat the way I like.
In my order this time I had 2 issues.
1. I scheduled my order in advance to pick up at 11:30 I arrived at 11:25 and the employee would me it would be 5 minutes. I was happy with that. I ended up waiting 20 minutes before it was ready.
2. I order 10 extra crispy and 5 volcanic not extra crispy.
The 5 volcanic were also cooked extra crispy and were very dry with very little sauce on them.
I really hope to keep eating at ECW but this time was quite disappointing.
We always have prompt service, hot/ cold food as ordered & customer service is great! Let me add the food which is delicious is also reasonably priced!
The experience was difficult the order that I placed ahead was missing items that it took me 25 minutes to get, and it still wasn’t right when I got home. There was associate on the phone with the manager, on speaker, while other customers were waiting and that associate speaking unkindly about another where everyone could hear. We love coming here but don’t because service is slow and inconsistent. I thought by ordering 4 hours ahead of time I would bypass that, I was proved wrong.
Great food and service!
The staff and service were great but the food was so bad that I didn't finish it. Most of the wings had no meat, but that could be my fault for ordering extra crispy. There was very little lemon pepper seasoning and the wings had a funny taste. I LOVE east coast wings so i was disappointed in this order. It was a waste of money.
Everyone working is awesome. Always willing to go over and beyond to assure everything is satisfactorily

The food is incredible in the service.It's always good. I should say excellent. We highly recommend East Coast wings.The best place to eat some good delicious wings.
