Bone in wings were saucy and tasty

Peyton and Gage were awesome!! I never had to ask for a thing after ordering. The kitchen staff was outstanding as well. Highly recommend East Coast to everyone!!
There was barely any meat, the wings were fried way too hard and the sauce was atrocious. Something you could do to make it right is refund me the amount I paid for the order - $10.69.
My flatbread was burnt on the edges could not enjoy it

Food was good. Did not receive the carrots/celery with the order. This is the second time in a row that an item was missing from the take out order. My theme is 3 strikes and you out!!!
Food is never the same. We get under cooked wings one time, over cooked another. We've tried going so many times but it's just not worth it anymore. Prices keep going up and with the lack of quality food, I won't pay it anymore.

NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE ORDER. WHAT I ORDERED WAS NOT WHAT I GOT. I ORDERED 50.00 PLUS DOLLARS WORTH OF FOOD AND EXPECTED IT TO BE WHAT I PAID FOR. EAST COAST IS MY FAVORITE WING PLACE. I HAVE BEEN TO EAST COAST WINGS IN DIFFERENT CITIES BUT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN TO THIS ONE IN CHARLOTTE SINCE I MOVED HERE AND JUST DID NOT GET WHAT I WANTED. I AM A LONG TIME REWARD MEMBER, CHECK MY HISTORY, AND YOU WILL FIND THAT I EXPECT MORE WHEN I PAY MORE. BUT 8 IS ALL I CAN GIVE FOR THIS VISIT.

I'm not sure what's going on in the kitchen at this location but the food is just not as good as it use to be. My husband ordered wings, crispy and had to send them back and ask again for them to cooked crispy. We were also charged for celery, carrots and ranch dressing and have never been charged for them before. Our server was happy to remove the charge since we never got the celery and carrots. We left feeling like we didn't want to go back.
The best part of our experience was the young Ladies at the Register. Ashley and the young
lady she was training, helpful with our take out order. Very caring and helpful making sure to help us and explain whatever we were needing to know. It's nice to know that there are still nice people around.
Our Wings were very, very small was the only issue we had,they were so small.
