The resturant needs some remodeling & deep cleaning, the tables were sticky, ripped cushions in booths, dirt & grime on walls, very disappointing when we brought friends w us.

I love going to East Coast every week! My only feedback today is that recently I noticed your jalapeños have a strange chemical taste, almost like bleach. I can’t really put my finger on what it is but I suggest looking into that because it ruins the flavor of the new fiesta burger.

When I logged in to register my rewards card, the website assigned a different number than was on my card. I emailed East Coast Wings, and a customer service person responded immediately, and solved the problem. Fantastic customer service!!!

The wings were not hot when they came out to the table. We had ordered 50 wings with sauce and the other with dry rub and they were barely warm and there was barely any seasoning on the dry rub. There wasn't many customers because it was the begining of dinner, so there was zero excuse on why my wings were barely warm. Food should come out hot.
Enjoyed the wings and the friendly staff! Greatly appreciated the manager coming over to welcome us and explain the rewards program!
The employees greeted us warmly and were very nice throughout the entire visit. Prices had gone up, but they have everywhere, but I got z huge salad and the eings wete delicious.
The chicken avocado flatbread was good. There was tons of chicken on it and a little bit of avocado. Not as much I would like but I understand the expense. The service was good. The place looked clean. All that did have one little issue. The bartender wipe down my glass with an overflow of the beer foam with the rag that she always also using to wipe up things
