Consistency in food. Sometimes the wings come out cold, sauce is cold or wings are over cooked to the point they are hard. Hard to bite hard to chew.

I have ordered online multiple times and also dined in. Every time I order online and pickup there has been something wrong with my order. When I have came in to eat the service has been below average. I keep hoping things will get better but over the past few years seems like it's about the same.

We love going to East Coast. The food is delicious, everyone is very friendly, but Brittany is our favorite, and George is the best cook.

The ordering experience was super easy online and the pickup was even easier and ready when promised. The wings were for a high school end of volleyball season banquet and they were a hit. Everyone wanted to know who brought the wings and where they were from. A picture could be sent to show they were gone.
My wings were extremely dry and over cooked and to tough to eat I would like a full refund
