Have had some bad experiences with the waiting to be seated and my husband is handicapped and had to stand for a very long time to be able to sit at a booth, which is easier to sit at and get up from the booth. Rude bartender!

I go to this restaurant frequently because my husband and son love the wings and I love the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Every time we go, our experience starts out great with attentive servers taking our order getting us drinks, etc. the food comes out quickly and is always really good and that’s where the problem starts. I finally figured out exactly what annoys me and discourages me from wanting to go to your restaurant. Once we get our food, everyone disappears. We cannot find our server (or anyone really) anywhere to ask for something. Once our food is delivered we get no more service. I’ve even had to get up and walk around looking for someone to get my check from so I could pay and leave. I’ve seen it from all different angles and depending on where we’re sitting in the restaurant, every time I see the server go into the kitchen and not come out for an extended period of time or I see someone coming out from the bathroom area and I see people hanging out on the edge of the bar, talking in a group. It happens every time! If I’m going to pay money for a soft drink then I’d like to get at least one refill. The most recent time I visited with my son (Wednesday 14th) we waited almost 15 minutes for anyone to show up so we can get a to go box and our check That’s just not acceptable. Everything is great until the food is served and then the whole experience is destroyed. The servers need to be trained to check up on customers throughout their meal to make sure they don’t need anything. They need to be proactive and bring drink refills. I can’t remember a time that I’ve been there (and we go at least twice a month) where we didn’t have this problem. It’s been ongoing and it never gets better. I keep going to the restaurant because I really enjoy the food. I think you have one of the best Philly cheesesteaks around, but everyone at our table gets so discouraged when we know we’re going to have to play the game of where did the server go.
I always the best experience when dining there and the waitresses are so sweet and thoughtful.

Second in the last few years both in person and pickup order its been weird. Employees making comments about management. Quality not as great as before(wing overcooked, over sauced ect)
This most recent visit I ordered online and forgot to change my location. I placed my order and went to pick up my prepaid order. Dude asks me to sign my name on a paper that says third party pickup signin sheet. BS. Im not signing to pickup my own food. Hubs was happy with his food so no complaints but I find this location now to give me the ick.
