Everything, the wings were fresh and those CHIPS were the absolute BEST. First name removed
I realize that help is hard to get but we waited a reallly long time for our food last night. The food was good though.
The wife and I really like this location but this time the wings were chewy pretty much had to take home and throw them in the air fryer. On the up side the service was great.

ECW used to have juicy tender chicken and crispy chips. The last few times I ordered neither were good. The wings were dry and tough and almost no sauce. The chips are a cross between burnt and undercooked.

We go to East Coast Wings often and are never disappointed. It is definitely a great place to get together with friends. Great food, good service, and friendly atmosphere.

East Coast Kannapolis is a go to for us every week. It is like family there. We enjoy the food and atmosphere
everything was overcooked/burnt. This has been the second time in a row that my food was overcooked and/or burnt. The food quality has gone downhill
We always enjoy the wings bone in with special price on Monday. We also had five dollars off coupon which made the bill price very reasonable. The waitress who took care of us was also friendly and attentive. We appreciate them every time we go there.

Bring back some good old-fashioned nachos with real chili and all the other goodies.
I loved your chicken soup great for winter. I don’t know if anybody else did you took it off the menu for a reason I’m sure that maybe just a single quarter pound burger cooked two order. Can’t do anything to improve your chicken wings. They’re great.

Food and wait staff are good. I just can't tell my friends, who are seniors and members of AARP, that they should go and enjoy their AARP membership card senior benefit at the restaurant here in Florence. I can't go as often as I like because of that. Sorry.
