How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The men’s bathroom was very dirty. Not cleaned in days. No soap or paper towels. The wings could have been fresher and the chips were like all broken up.

I ordered extra crispy wings and they were soggy. I asked for extra sauce (which I paid for) and there was barely any sauce at all. The heat level I requested was extra hot and it seemed very very mild; barely any heat/flavor.

This is our 2nd visit to the Clemmons location. The staff is wonderful. Food was great as always. ECW has the very best wings around. The manager even came out to meet us and thank us for choosing to come there.
