We have been going here for several years and the overall experience gets worse each visit. The outside patio still had plates and cups from the prior night with trash on the ground. Our server wasn't available, so the host took our drink order, which is fine. After ordering our meal, our server disappeared for a while, so we requested a refill from the server who was helping the next table. She rolled her eyes at us, didn't bring us a refill and we saw he walk outside to her car about 5 minutes later. We finally got a refill because we asked again. We saw food coming but it wasn't ours. It was the table of 4 who came in 20 minutes after us. When our food came out 10 minutes later, the host brought it out to us. We hadn't seen our server much and the restaurant was not busy. Only part of our order came out because the chicken tenders weren't ready and they didn't have any fries. 15 minutes later they came out after my son and wife had finished eating their meal. The host apologized because they said they had some confusion in the kitchen and forgot to make the mac'n'cheese. So she said she would bring it in a To-go box. She knew we had been in there a long time and watched several other tables come and go. And the bathrooms were not clean. Our Sunday lunch meant we were some of the first people there, so it means the night crew isn't cleaning or the morning crew isn't cleaning first thing. Overall we question why we keep going back. But our son loves the food and it was his Sunday to choose.
We put lightly sauced on order, but the wings had a lot of sauce.

On my last order, you were out of fries, which seems odd. I've never had this happen. Also, your wings appear to have gotten smaller over time, but prices are still fairly high.
More sauce on the wings.
Better selection on Grub Hub and Uber eats.
