Always a pleasant experience! The food is always excellent! My husband loves there wings. So many flavors to choose from. Stephen, the Manager is a great assest as well as Grace, Lacey, Blake, Deanna, Cherish and Andrew! We go quite often. They know our order and have our drinks out before we sit down! Please give it a try you won't regret it! Bev K

It would be nice if you brought back the more intense sauces. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I really loved the insanity and volcanic varieties but they are not really available for the last few months. The food products are better than the competition, but I find myself going to the competition for their sauces. I will continue to visit ECW, just want some more heat!
Great grub and service
The smell of the cleaner is overpowering inside of the restaurant. Food is good, but burgers are a little too peppery. Could use larger portions of sauces. Often times the fried jumbo coconut shrimp is overcooked.
The hostess at the front is amazing every time we’re there. The food is 10/10. Great experience!

Food was good and ready as promised. The to go lady was very sweet, like always I think I heard her say she lives quite a bit from the restaurant but very sweet. I would like to see more items on the lunch specials though that would be nice.

For the most part consistent, could improve on cooking the hot chips and tossing a minute or two more in the fryer as sometimes come out raw or soggy.
Food very good, everything fresh, very healthy and plentiful side salads. Staff very kind wonderful, and friendly. A great atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable even though rising costs are everywhere
