Good attention and good food
The best wings around. The food is always great from here.
First I have been coming to this location for almost 10 years. It used to be the best one in Charlotte. Loyalty is bs.
Second in the last few years both in person and pickup order its been weird. Employees making comments about management. Quality not as great as before(wing overcooked, over sauced ect)
This most recent visit I ordered online and forgot to change my location. I placed my order and went to pick up my prepaid order. Dude asks me to sign my name on a paper that says third party pickup signin sheet. BS. Im not signing to pickup my own food. Hubs was happy with his food so no complaints but I find this location now to give me the ick.
So long to 10 years of Loyalty
The wings were tough and not tasty. When prices are high as they are you should make sure your cooking staff is trained properly and in your case maybe checked on regularly. You have had excellent wings in the past. I think I’ll wait a while before returning to give your kitchen crew and managers proper training. Sorry I have such a negative attitude but you inquired for my opinion.
I placed an order on wing discount day for myself and others and all the wings were placed in the same box I didn't appreciate it because they were going to different place causing a inconvenience and was told by the restaurant that's how corporate wants it and the couldn't give boxes to separate the order. That should be changed.
Food delicious as always.
The food is always good and usually accurate. There has been a few occasions in the past where items have been forgotten.
I love eating lunch there. I especially love the chips with ranch dip

Waiter only came to the table 2 times the whole night (including our drink order). I had to get my own food tray to leave. Waiter forgot my drink. Messed up the check as well.

The food, obviously! Best wings, great sandwiches. Take out service was top notch. Girls very friendly, courteous and very efficient. The checked my orders before I left and they even asked if I had a rewards card (had a five dollar birthday credit). We always enjoy a trip to ECW.

Thank you for hosting my company Christmas party for the second year. Food was great, beverages were amazing, and most of all the staff and service was top notch. I will be recommending East Coast Wings to everyone. The only complaint I have is the plastic barrier on the patio is in desperate need of replacement. It was difficult to keep warm and a couple of my employees had to wrap up in blankets. Thanks again for an amazing experience.

I keep finding out after leaving the store with to go order that no utensils are in the bag.
Cost of meals is more than I can afford.
Wing sauce not on all sides of product, should be dripping without haven to pay for extra.
First time he went there a month ago the chicken tenders for wonderful they were large and nice and moist. The last two times we’ve gone there. They’ve been very small like a little nuggets, overcooked and dry. We were just there yesterday and the chicken tenders were not great. The service was wonderful the woman that was there all by herself was excellent. The chips are good. The fries are good, but the chicken tenders leave a lot to be desired.
Excellent customer service and great food
I wish the 25 wings and chips deal also included boneless wings. My wife prefers the boneless over the bone in.
