Service was really good and as always the wings were outstanding
This is the second time in a row that my order was wrong or missing items. Last time I did not complain since things happen, but this time both of my orders of wing bites were missing almost half the order. The sides were a smaller portion and it’s very disappointing. I don’t think at this point I will give you another chance as there are many options to choose from

Experience was awesome! staff was great! Just did not like the substitution Fries. If this is a permanent change, we won't be getting fries again. Please bring back the battered fries!

My wing order yesterday togo looked like a soup, the sauce was above the wings it was so deep. Then my wife opened her grilled salad and there was a plastic bread tie laying on top the chicken. Not sure what is going on. But you have the most expensive wings in town and some poor execution.
The food was excellent. Fresh and hot.
Folks at this ECW location on N. Main street in High Point are friendly and do a good job! Zack, DeLyn, Ivey, Nicole, Kyle, Edwin, and Chloe do a great job!

I like the waitress she's the best waitress she knows everything I want when I sit down she'll know what kind of drink I want she knows what food I want
Our server was nice and very accommodating when we needed refills. Suggested options based on her own experience. Food was great, fries maybe a little over seasoned but I'm not gonna complain cause who doesn't like extra seasoning? Husband is a wing lover so he thoroughly enjoyed it.

We have been pleased with our last couple of visits to ECW. Previously, we had been having issues with our orders not being "quite right". Wings not cooked to our preference of extra crispy, or the carrots and celery being left out of the order. However, our last couple of visits have been spot on. Food prepared perfectly, and all items included as order. Will be going back.
We eat here frequently and the orders are frequently wrong. I order tots and it's a gamble for whether I will get chips, fries, or tots. I'll order extra sauce, flavor, or heat and it's missing and they have to go all the way back to the back to get it. I know they should be checking the orders in the back before they come up, but still have errors. Too much play in the back?
Love the food and there is always plenty. We get our orders to go and maybe they are thinking we won't check, but we do.

my burger didn’t have bacon. i called the restaurant 30 minutes after it delivered to speak about the burger and was told i could have it remade or refunded the next day. went the next day but the manager wasn’t in
