The customer service was really good. I was a little taken about extra charges for sauces/condiments. But overall I was satisfied with the freshness of the food and it was received in a timely manner
The food is yummy.
Young lady who was the hostess was friendly, warm, and had a wonderful attitude! With that said, she is not the cook. The wings were cooking to the point they were very dry and almost burnt.
The food is always cooked exactly as I requested. The take-out staff is always friendly, courteous, and professional.
I was disappointed in asking for saucy wings and didn't receive extra sauce and had to pay for another sauce. I order my food while sitting in the parking lot. Picked it up at said time and was told the wings were saucy I let them sit to long and the sauce soaked in the wing. Customer service from the owners are horrible and I won't be returning

This is the second time in a row items were left off out of our pick up order even though the person getting our food read off the order. Additionally, the staff is just rude and doesn't seem to care one single bit about the customers experience. I have heard this from so many and people just wont go back because of it. We go once in awhile but only to go but will think twice next time.

Service is amazing!! Food is always hot and good. The patrons are friendly. This is just an added bonus. The managers help out the team whenever it is needed.

I always sit at the bar when I go in. Sonia & Hanna are both great bartenders and interact with me and others which enhances my experience and makes a so so day into a better one everytime.

Ordered 15 wings while the majority was normal sized there was at least 4 that were extremely small to the point it was just bone and no meat. I was extremely disappointed as my wings were always normal sized.
The wings were supposed to be golden BBQ. Practically no sauce on whe wings. As for celery and carrots got 2 of each. Had to assemble the loaded fries myself. The Salisbury store always plenty of sauce plenty of carr9ts and celery and the loaded fries are put together at the store so the cheese properly flows through all the fries. Last night was a total disappointment 😞

First of all, Two weeks ago I placed an order and my sides were missing. Never happened before so I didn’t check my order until I got home. Sent an email on the website and I haven’t had a response yet. Ordered delivery 3/03/25 and never received. Got a call from the restaurant at 9:00 saying it had not been picked up yet. Got a notification from DD saying the driver was there. I called literally less than 5 minutes later to see what was going on. No answer. I called three times no answer. I thought closing was at 10:00. Customer service is very poor!!!!
