More wings sauce options , the food is good but not delicious. I loved the games at the the table to play while we wait. My son loved it. The employees were friendly.
The food is fantastic
As always great food, great people. I tried something new this time, it was pretty tasty, but I think I'll stick with my usual most of the time, and have the new item as a mix up every now and then. 😁

I live in Charlotte, NC (S. Charlotte to be exact) where you have 2 locations; Northlake Mall and South Charlotte. As a first time customer ordering through your app, there was nothing showing me which of the 2 locations was taking my order(I assumed it was the S. Charlotte location). I went to pick up my food but was told, after some unpleasant back and forth with one of your employees, that my food was prepared at the Northlake Mall location. I then had to drive an additional 35 minutes to pick up my food which was now cold. This was not a pleasant first experience for me but I understand things happen. How can you improve? Please give a CLEAR INDICATOR and/or option for the customer to choose which location their food is being prepared at; it will alleviate frustration and confusion on the part of the customer. Also, on your dry rub bone-in wings (I ordered Lemon Pepper), eliminate the "with or without" sauce option. I asked for my sauce (ketchup) to be on the side; my wings were prepared with the seasoning in a side cup (I could've made the wings myself). I hope these suggestions are taken seriously because it feels like you have a good product but I've seen companies like yours come and go due to the lack of attention on details. Hope this helps.
The service and the food at the Thomasville NC location are fantastic keep up the great work and great food
I appreciate that the wings are gluten-free… And our waitress that we usually get is always so kind and helpful.

Food excellent as was server
We found 2 hairs in our food. 1 in the nachos and 1 in my bbq wings. Our server was amazing. I didn’t tell anyone about the hairs. It was hard to eat after that.
Our waitress was also the bartender, we came at lunch. She did a very nice job juggling the bar and her bar tables. She preemptively refilled our drinks before we had to ask and was very helpful and friendly. We always love your food and it was fantastic.

I’m so tired of ordering things and I get home and it’s not what I ordered!!!! I know it’s my responsibility to check before I leave and I fail to do that! But when this place is not busy , looks like they could get an order right!!!

Confirming orders before going to put them in. This was my second time ordering from ECW where I got bone in instead of boneless wings and one set of my wings was bacon ranch instead of raging ranch like I ordered. Last time it was dry rub instead of wet like I asked. I am understanding of the issues and that mistakes happen, but it would probably be helpful repeat the order back before putting it in so that the customer could say if it was correct.
Fast service and great food
The take out salads have gotten very small and almost every time I get one to two lettuce cores in my salad. I LOVE the grilled chicken so I keep ordering but sadly I need to add my own lettuce to the salad when I get home or after DoorDash delivery.
PLEASE find a way to include rewards when ordering with Doordash. I get a salad 6-7 days a week and need to use DoorDash many times and loose out on so many rewards.
This is First name removed, the Buffalo Chicken with Garlic Parm, no dressing, no bacon, and no crunchies.
The food and service was great
The food was great as normal but the woman at the bar where you pick up your for was rude.
It would have been a 10 but the interaction with the waitress was the reason it wasn't.
We enjoy the food and visit this location about once per week.

I love that everytime I order for pick up it’s ready when it says it will be! The staff is always friendly and efficient. The food is delicious and the lunch specials are very reasonable!
I had the coconut shrimp. They were good, and the dipping sauce was good but almost inedible due to the heat. I live the pub pretzel bites and beer cheese, but they barely had any salt in them.

Summer was an excellent server and the food was very good. Pretzels tasted a tad burnt despite not appearing to be actually burnt but everything else was good.
