We love the food and the servers are really great
Had to send my Togo order back 2 times. First time it wasn’t even the right item. 2nd time it was fried and was supposed to be grilled. And everytime the hot chips were completely raw and greasy. I didn’t send anything back the 3rd time because I was just ready to leave and glad I got the main course right. Employees were all nice and had good attitudes. My only issue was the food.

I enjoyed our server! Is she great at her job and always nice and accommodating. I asked if we could change one of the TV's to the Braves baseball game. She was able to make that happen. This is not the first time we've had her. I'm always glad when she's working when we arrive.

Twice in a row my to go order was made incorrectly. Twice. I try not to complain but I’m not super happy with the lack of attention to the orders from the kitchen.

I enjoyed the great food I have tried several things on the menu n was very satisfied with all I will definitely be back n have told my friends n they have been there n said the same. Also the waitress are awesome I really feel at home. Thanks n keep up the good work.
Quick service and good food. Didn't like that they forgot my two sides of celery and carrot sticks, as well as the ranch dressing. Very disappointed. Lemon pepper was very light.

Wings
Food and wait staff are good. I just can't tell my friends, who are seniors and members of AARP, that they should go and enjoy their AARP membership card senior benefit at the restaurant here in Florence. I can't go as often as I like because of that. Sorry.
Everything, the wings were fresh and those CHIPS were the absolute BEST. First name removed
I realize that help is hard to get but we waited a reallly long time for our food last night. The food was good though.
The wife and I really like this location but this time the wings were chewy pretty much had to take home and throw them in the air fryer. On the up side the service was great.
