Very long wait time on food due to being understaffed

Food was way over cooked. I about broke my tooth trying to chew the chicken wrap the chicken was so over cooked.

I would like to see your bathrooms taken care of. They have a constant smell, backed up at this particular store. The one in Statesville that is. Great food and friendly customer service is good at this store.

We got there around 9:30pm and were seated right away however, it was probably at least 5-10 minutes we were greeted by a server. I had to go to hostess stand to let her know we hadn't been greeted yet. Food was good. Once we were greeted and served she took our drink order but could have started or asked for apps since kitchen was closing. We got our food and app back to back.
We waited forever for our food and we weren’t checked on during the time we were waiting. The wings didn’t seem to be cooked completely in my opinion. We have been to 5 other locations and never had this issue. The wings have always been cooked thoroughly and the outside was crispy with sauce on the tray where we could roll the wings in it. The ranch dressing was runny and had very little flavor. We probably will not return the this location for some time.
The seat of the half booth we sat in was not clean and had smears of something on them. The pages of the menu were stuck together and made my fingers sticky.
Not pleased with our visit.
Service was good, food was great (corn ribs were delish) but it did seem like a wait for the food, but it was worth it.
My only gripe is that it’s always freezing in there, so we always wear it bring sweaters to wear in there.
Staff is always friendly and welcoming and the food never disappoints
My wings didn’t have enough dry rub or sauce on them and could’ve cooked a little longer
