Let me start by saying we have been coming here for 10+ years and usually prefer this location.
Our waiter was probably the worst I've ever had. He hardly checked on us. At one point t when he did. He refilled one person's tea told the person next to him to hold on he would be back and then went and filled up someone else's tea.
After bottomless hot chips kept coming out almost cold. The fried pickles were over cooked. About 10/15 minutes after our wings were brought out, I had to flag down our server and ask about the bang bang shrimp tacos. It took a while for him to check and come back to tell us they would still be another 3-5 minutes.

I know we had a larger party of 11, but that is about normal for us. We travel over an hour to go here and meet up with others. However, I have never been charged automatic gratuity before, even with larger parties. Is this new? So we were charge 18% gratuity which was about $49. Normally I tip really well but also base it off of service. This time that amount of tip was not warranted.

This is the jist of it but there were a few other things. Overall I was highly disappointed this time.

Well it took 20-25 mins before our server even came over to greet us or get our drink order. She was to busy talking and cutting up with the other servers and hostess. And then was super rude when she did come to our table and rushed us to get our drink and food order at the same time. It was not a polite visit at all. The servers need to be better trained. And learn to conversate before or after work or when there not busy. And not to mention we had to wait no less than 30 mins to get our food.

My food was ready when I arrived and the young lady wanted to show me my food to make sure everything looked good. In and out... that's what I like!

The bartender Tabatha is awesome!! She knows exactly what we order and has our drinks ready when she first comes to our table no matter how long it’s been since we were last there. Never had any issues with service or food.

Brandy is awesome! She manages bar as well as seated patrons with ease! Enjoy the customer service always! Always remembers what I want!

Staff is amazing and Sunday wings are my favorite

The staff at this location is excellent. We are rare regulars and they always remember us and are super friendly. Know our drink orders. The wings are significantly better at this spot than other east coasts I've been too, I don't know why that is, but it's true. It's the only chain we actually visit.

Always the best wings around!

Order was missing chips and a dip. One of the dips wasn’t sealed and opened in bag. Chicken tasted old like it had sat.

The wait staff were very efficient, polite and respectful. The food was very good. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the wings were a little over cooked. Other than that, ECW is the best wings in our area.

The food is great and we've typically had great service, too!

Summer was an excellent server and the food was very good. Pretzels tasted a tad burnt despite not appearing to be actually burnt but everything else was good.

More wings sauce options , the food is good but not delicious. I loved the games at the the table to play while we wait. My son loved it. The employees were friendly.

The food is fantastic

As always great food, great people. I tried something new this time, it was pretty tasty, but I think I'll stick with my usual most of the time, and have the new item as a mix up every now and then. 😁

I live in Charlotte, NC (S. Charlotte to be exact) where you have 2 locations; Northlake Mall and South Charlotte. As a first time customer ordering through your app, there was nothing showing me which of the 2 locations was taking my order(I assumed it was the S. Charlotte location). I went to pick up my food but was told, after some unpleasant back and forth with one of your employees, that my food was prepared at the Northlake Mall location. I then had to drive an additional 35 minutes to pick up my food which was now cold. This was not a pleasant first experience for me but I understand things happen. How can you improve? Please give a CLEAR INDICATOR and/or option for the customer to choose which location their food is being prepared at; it will alleviate frustration and confusion on the part of the customer. Also, on your dry rub bone-in wings (I ordered Lemon Pepper), eliminate the "with or without" sauce option. I asked for my sauce (ketchup) to be on the side; my wings were prepared with the seasoning in a side cup (I could've made the wings myself). I hope these suggestions are taken seriously because it feels like you have a good product but I've seen companies like yours come and go due to the lack of attention on details. Hope this helps.

The service and the food at the Thomasville NC location are fantastic keep up the great work and great food

I appreciate that the wings are gluten-free… And our waitress that we usually get is always so kind and helpful.

Chris is amazing! He is such a great waiter and always makes sure that our needs are met.

Food excellent as was server

We found 2 hairs in our food. 1 in the nachos and 1 in my bbq wings. Our server was amazing. I didn’t tell anyone about the hairs. It was hard to eat after that.

Our waitress was also the bartender, we came at lunch. She did a very nice job juggling the bar and her bar tables. She preemptively refilled our drinks before we had to ask and was very helpful and friendly. We always love your food and it was fantastic.
