The staff was nice and responsive. My birthday gift was not on my account but the manager said I could get the $10 off and fixed my bill. We enjoyed the food.
I do think there should be more of a selection of hard ciders especially when we are in the middle of cider/ wine country. Possibly local ciders instead of national brands.
I ordered a salad with lemon pepper chicken. While the salad itself was wonderful, the lemon pepper chicken was ice cold and over seasoned. It seemed as if they just tossed lemon pepper seasoning on cold chicken and added it on top of the salad. I would just like to have freshly cooked chicken breast, not over seasoned chicken on the salad next time. Thank you!
Server Pamela was very attentive and personable. The food came out in reasonable amount of time and was very good. Enjoyed the meal.
I paid $92.14 for 4 people to eat coconut shrimp that had kamikaze sauce that's hot and spilled all over everyone's shrimp made it too hot to eat I don't understand because they used lids for the ranch dressing but not sauce. Missing 2 trays of chips homemade and the wings even though I ordered extra crispy I didn't know that they made them extra crispy already so they were more like jerky I definitely don't agree with $92.14 for that meal and spoke with girl today at 4:23pm that said next time call ahead and tell them my name and number and I'll have credit for the coconut shrimp I ordered and the 2 trays of chips I was missing that's almost $60 worth of food that could have been prevented if only a lid was used on sauce and chips were included like it should have been. Other than that I think I know how to order now. Food was good just hate that I had to get something else for us 4 to eat. Over $100 for supper with 2 people on disability and 1 person working that makes $15 an hour is still ridiculous I just thought it would be great since we never ate there. Thank you. Friendly and courteous staff. Quick and easy to walk in and order take out or eat in. Food was very good and prepared the way it was ordered.

It's very kind of you to do that, but I'm not surprised that you do. I've always had nothing less than top quality food and service at your Kernersville restaurant, and will always patronize your place. Your food, service are second to none. Thank you again!
Great food.. great servers..friendly and professional
Food was good. Service was meh. My wife had to take our cups and start walking towards refill station before our waitress would acknowledge we needed refills. We waited over 10 minutes for refills. Our table and one other table with 2 people were only tables. Our waitress was only worried about chatting with friends from the other table. We definitely want another server and not the wraps either.
Last night I had a deliver order directly through your website about 6:15pm. My drink was missing and when I tried to contact East Coast about getting a refund they said they couldn’t do anything and I would have to contact Doordash. Doordash said the restaurant is responsible. Caused me a bigger headache and a waste of time.

The food and the service were great
They were having problems with the exhaust hood so the dining area was smoky. Also having trouble getting the food out of the kitchen, so we had to wait a LONG between ordering and being served. It was not the waitress's fault.

My wife and I eat at East Coast Wings at least once a week. The food is great along with the service. Brittany is always friendly and as well as the rest of the waitresses. They have almost become family to us.

The basket of chips from my take out order were soggy and went into the trash. Your famous chips were the reason I chose your restaurant. Disappoi Ted for sure.
The previous visit inside about 2 weeks ago was probably the worst service we've ever had. 3 adults and 3 kids meals weren't cheap and the order was not correct. The waitress left to make it right and never returned.
I've been coming here for years and only disappointed recently. Hopefully my next visit won't be a 3rd strike. I love those chips.

For a first time user, the app UI is difficult to navigate. Simply creating my account was frustrating. It’s not clear why you cannot progress to the next page when there is something required.
