The staff was awesome and the food was good. The only complaint I have is that I ordered 15 wings and only received 14.
The wings were really good this time. My previous orders were cooked too long and dry and hard. These were much better.
I’ve been coming to the restaurant for years. I’ve watched the expected staffing changes and the prices increase substantially and still patronize the business. It frustrates me that the specials that we came to love have changed so much. Yesterday was national wing day and the restaurant opted not to participate but to give out a come back after the event, spend $35 to get $7 off. That is the lamest thing of all because they couldn’t handle the potential influx of cash to be made on such a day. The restaurant is usually very lively. Not yesterday!
To receive the “come back later” card when I could have patronized another establishment is a slap in the face. Forget celebrating your customers on a national day honoring your largest menu item, what should have been a generous revenue day and an opportunity to improve operational processes from the prior year. That showed me that the choice to not participate because you didn’t want to improve was more important than your customers.
We went for our first time a week ago and enjoyed it and was invited to come back for Coops Bday for 25 cent wings. We told several of our friends about it and how delicious the wings were. We got to the restaurant and informed by the waitress that there wasn’t any.25 wings. That is had been canceled. We were offered 7 off of 35. But it expired next week. The service was really lacking last night and the atmosphere was disappointing
I did an online order through your app and asked for no sauce on my wings. I even called the restaurant after I placed the order to let them know that I wanted no sauce and to make sure they were aware that is what I ordered. The lady said that they were aware. My order was delivered with sauce on my wings and I called the restaurant and the customer service was terrible before speaking to the manager. The person that answered the phone put the phone down and said “I don’t know what else to tell her “ before giving the phone to the manager. I spoke with the manager, he then said he would compensate my meal but I’m still not satisfied as a customer because that still doesn’t cover the cost of my delivery and my son did not get to eat his wings.
Food and service was great. Very good values. We had leftovers.

The crispy buffalo chicken wrap I got yesterday was absolutely horrible; I’ve gotten it several times over the years, and it’s never tasted like that. The chicken was super tough and tasted like it was cooked to death (very dry, hard to bite into). My son got wings, chips, and fries, and he was happy with them
The wings are always horrible. They’re overcooked and tough, like jerky. I have had them multiple times and during different times of the day. The burgers are good. I will never get the wigs from ECW anymore.

My family ordered 2 side salads last night to go and when I opened them at home they looked like they were already half eaten. It was a very small portion with a handful of lettuce. These used to be filing and my kids liked purchasing these for their lunches but that definitely was the worst order we have had from there.
We love East Coast Wings and it’s our go-to family meetup in Clemson for our college and high school kids. We take our family there frequently, but our best memory was the national wing day we enjoyed last year. It has gone down in family lore, and we’ve been looking forward to it all year. This time, we invited our children with spouses, their friends and 2 coworkers joined us - total of a party of 13 for the July 29th event. When we arrived, however, the staff said that the planned discounted wing event had been canceled at the very last minute by corporate. Our crowd was very disappointed. The staff was kind enough to extend a 25% discount on any wings we purchased that night, but it was still disappointing compared to the fun atmosphere and great deals we enjoyed last year.
