The lady who took my order was super nice and I got my food fast. The food was great. I usually get a wrap and I decided to try a burger it was great.

What could we do to improve?

Just to operating hours. I realize that some of the demand doesn't warrant later hours but it's the only time I have free to visit the restaurant.

My salad was just lettuce and my chicken wrap was only lettuce and chicken. My food was also dry.

I did carry out, but the gentleman running the front end was extremely nice and made sure that I had everything I was supposed to have in the bags before I left the building. No complaints at all.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The order was incorrect although the food was still eaten. When the order was taken the employer mentioned everything correctly, not sure where the mixup happened.
