Superbowl service was excellent
The wings were good but I did order boneless and hot bone in and not a tiny bag of carrots and celery to go with 50 wings.
Our server was amazing. Attention to detail was top notch. Wish all the servers at this location were as attentive and friendly as he is. All the others should learn from him.
Service was good and the food was good. Good interaction with our waitress. Fun time with our family gathering.
Wings were half’s, not whole, making what I thought was a good price very spendy. Ordered sauces on side and it was on wings. Could not figure out how to add fries or something else to the order online.
Wings were delicious. Ordered on Super Bowl Sunday and they were only a few minutes late with the order.
Have more pos systems at the front. There was a traffic jam trying to pay for my to go order. Several people were trying to pay, some trying to pay for take out. However, a phone order took primary and held everything up. And it was a complicated order (no this or that, couldn’t hear the caller, repeating the order over and over).

I ordered a takeout and they were ready when I got their. The wings were well done and had enough sauce.

We were very dissatisfied with the wings. We had ordered extra crispy but the honey garlic weren’t even cooked all the way. The boneless wings had a lot of just fried pieces of batter that didn’t even have chicken in them. We ordered carrots and celery but got only celery. About 10 little sticks for 70 wings. We ordered ranch and blue cheese. We got 6 little cups and only one was blue cheese. We had to pay extra for extra saucy for all 3 different flavors even though only one actually had sauce, the other 2 were dry rubs. We ordered online the day ahead but arrived 20 minutes ahead of pickup time and they said they don’t even print out the ticket and start the order until 15 minutes before it’s due so I’m not sure what the point of ordering ahead was. The online ordering is very confusing with the different heat indexes and stuff. It should be more streamlined. That was your second chance. I won’t be back so there’s really nothing you can do.
We did a pick up on one if the busiest days if the year, Super Bowl Sunday. It was ready when we scheduled, staff was energetic and friendly and food was great.

Every time we order out, it takes longer then expected and it always seems chaotic in there.
It was good. We've thought all this time hardly anyone ate there bc their is never any cars in the parking lot. It's super small in setting area. But the wings celery carrots and ranch I had was wonderful.
