The wings were over cooked and hard and we couldn’t eat all of them
Lunch menu is a great value! Good food too. Crazy to eat Fast food when you have better options.
My last order was a curbside order over $50. I ordered the 25 boneless wings +chips, and added the loaded tots for my family.
The boneless wings were not like they used to be with smaller chunks of chicken, the ones we got were cold, and larger portions the size of chicken tenders for most of the. They seemed to be cooked inconsistently as some dry rubbed wings were fried dark, and some larger tenders sized were not cooked well enough. The tots were small for $9, and the basket of chips were all floppy and cold. I arrived 10 mins earlier than the estimated time said to.
Food and drinks were delicious
Food is never cook to perfect. Fries cold. Staff takes too long to even acknowledge your there.

They were very friendly, helped me make sure everything in my order was correct before I left and were fast! Other than defects on the to go cups that cracked (Not their fault) we had excellent service and highly recommended!

Very relaxed and energetic atmosphere for every customer. Staff always make you feel comfortable. Menu is loaded with endless options. Definitely will be coming back again.
I am a regular customer who visits 1-2 times weekly. I came in yesterday, and had the worst service since COVID. I waited 35 minutes for my order and left before it came. Customer service needs a lot of improvement.
Great service as usual
Beer on tap tasted bad. Mich Ultra and Yuingling. The chips come out over cooked. The toast was burned. There was very little staff present. The wings were good though. I did end up having several bottles bears because the the terrible taste coming out of the drafts.

The wings were cold and the heat index was not correct. Asked for a mixed drink and they just put alcohol in a glass it was nasty. The waitress kept forgetting we were there and they were not that busy.

I visited for lunch. The wings were perfect and the service was just as good. Doug waited on me.
The boneless wings on this particular visit were somewhat disappointing. Many of them had very little meat, and were more breading than meat. A few had portions where there was no meat at all, just solid breading. Maybe 5-7 of the boneless wings, out of the 25 we ordered, were what we would consider "normal" for East Coast Wings. This is the first time we have had this problem, after many visits to a different location of ECW, so hopefully it was just a bad batch.
Service on this visit, however, was excellent, very attentive, keeping up with drink refills, etc. Speed of service (receiving our food) was also good.
