The server knows me and exactly what I eat and how I like it! And is an excellent server! And takes the time too wait on you and check on you! Send all refills and everything else! I have been coming here for years! But could never get the app too work! But now it’s working! The manager and my server are absolutely awesome! East coast wings is my all time favorite place to go and eat! I bring my friends and I have patronized this establishment since it’s grand opening in Bartlett Tennessee! And there is a certain cook! Never met them but they seasoned my food perfectly! There food and there service is absolutely amazing! Best restaurant ever! East coast wings in Bartlett Tennessee! You will absolutely love it!
Write the name of the sauce on the boxes of orders with multiple flavors involved.
The flavor was good and the sauce on point but the value for the money was definitely not there. 5 wings for $11 is a bit much but acceptable if the wings are of substantial size. Extremely small wings. Very little meat and the presentation was not ideal. Definitely the smallest wings in the area. The drinks were tasty but over priced; Moscow mule was halfway full. The burger was 100% legit. I want to come back but the portion/price ratio was not ideal. May give it another try maybe.
We enjoy all of the flavors . The wings are so delicious and fresh. I love those sweet potatoe fries with the sauce . The veggies are always crisp and fresh. The staff is always polite and helpful. Team effort is the best . Thank you for your location here .in Florence .
My son and his wife always stop by there when they are on the way back to Columbia. There is not an East Coast Wing restaurant in Columbia. You are the best .

Always good food and good service
Service is always hit or miss at this location. Things started off great till my wings came out. We asked for both orders to be all flats. My fiancés were, however, mine were not. When I told the waitress, she stated that she didn't hear me say that I wanted my order all flats as well. I told her I did. With an attitude, she snatched them away and walked back to the kitchen. When she returned, my wings were cold, they were not extra saucy like I ordered, and they did not have the heat index I originally ordered. At this point, I was too upset to complain. My fiancés order was fine so once he was done, we paid then left.
Employees are always friendly and food is always consistent

This meal was pretty good, food and service was good. The side salad could have had more lettuce.
All of the locations we have ever visited have problems providing consistently good service and/ or food. Sometimes very slow or bad service, and sometimes puny portions. Saturday's meal worked out well, though.

I enjoyed everything East Coast Wings are absolutely the best.
The food was really good. We had one waitress who did a great job until we didn’t see her again. A different waitress took over after about 10 minutes of waiting for a drink refill. We were pleased with the location and would return when we are back in that area.
