Only had one waitress for a bunch of customers. She did great but could have used help.. we all sat in one section on top of each other! Not everyone wants to sit directly on top of others
Our visits are always hit or miss. This visit was a miss on food. Our wings were cold, but the service was great!

The skillet cookie was visibly burnt on top- obviously black from baking too long or spreading too much as the dough was clearly slapped on parchment and thrown into the oven without a skillet. I fully understand I won't get a skillet for a take out order, but I would think it should be baked in the skillet on parchment and lifted into the take out tray after to prevent spreading too far and burning.
I took photos of the burnt cookies as my husband and kids could only eat half of it because of the lack of preparation and lack of pride. I strongly believe that the cookie would not have been presented to us burnt if we were in the restaurant, but that staff decided they did not care as we would discover it at home and were less likely to return it to the kitchen.
Ice cream was not provided in a closed cup to accompany the cookie either, but the main issue was that the cookie was obviously burnt, and it was still given to us. It was a complete waste of money.
Food was good and as we ordered.
Find wait staff that are happy and like their jobs. Our waitress was miserable and had an ugly attitude. She acted like it was a burden to wait on us. The waitress never returned for drink refills. Her demeanor completely ruined a good meal. The food is great and everyone was happy with their meal choice, with the exception of the waitress’ attitude.
No where on the mobile app did it give you the option to order just regular buffalo sauce for your wings. I ordered what I thought would be close. Nope. Not close at all.

The staff is warm and friendly and service is timely. Last visit, I had an issue with my order and it was promptly corrected to my satisfaction with no hesitation.
Chicken breast was very dry and over cooked. Haven't been to this location in a few years for the quality of the food so decided to try it again but obviously nothing has changed!! So will continue not to use this establishment!!

I always order the same thing, a salad. The same salad. But it’s different every time. Missing the chips, missing the cucumbers, no cheese. Something is always not there.
