Good food
Those wings were everything.
The food, the waitress's and waiters. All employees are friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is relaxing and most are welcoming.
East Coast always comes through! Great deals and better flavors! One of the top wing spots in Hickory! Hands down!
The dill flatbread
The online menu didn't have mustard as a condiment option. I had to go inside and ask that they add it to my sandwich. Then, instead of just adding it, they removed all other toppings and only put mustard on it. Disappointed in my meal as a result of this mistake.
If you want to make this right, I would appreciate a free meal to compensate for the mishap. Thank you.

King is very good and provide great customer service. However it is sad that I have to drive that far out of the way to get ECW as the Mt Airy facility is closer but their staff has been very rude and I refuse to eat there.
Great food and presentation…staff is still green but getting there. I did place an online order for my second purchase and the app wouldn’t cart my order. Had to switch to my desktop, they overlooked that I substituted a side salad for fries. I had to go back and couldn’t call ahead because the phone number does not work when you call.
I came in for lunch and waited 10 mins to be seated and then I had 10 mins to eat lunch. The store still lacks the cleanliness.

My family had an excellent experience while we ate dinner. The food was good, and our waitress Sarah was phenomenal and did an amazing job!
I got sick after eating chicken wings with my husband there. I had blue cheese with them but my husband did not. I got sick and he was fine. Thinking the blue cheese was expired or not kept cold enough.
Sometimes the wings are great, sometimes they are decent. It’s hit or miss, not sure if it is the cook and luck of the draw of who is working or something else. Monday is also the only day wings are reasonably priced.

I ordered a meal and I also ordered the cookie with ice cream and the cookie was very disappointing. It did not have the shape of a big cookie at all. It looked like a big blob of just melted dessert. I don’t know what they were thinking when they put this cookie in the container, but this is unacceptable. This was my first time purchasing this, and it will be my last.
