I usually come during the lunch hours and would love to see the menu expanded.

The manger was amazing as always — so much hospitality shown and even the cashier and worker were pleasant and helpful every step of the way ! One of my favorite wings spots and eating spots overall any day!
Give more food for the money
My food was delicious and hot. My order wasn’t delivered to the correct house but I did get my issue resolved. Deanna did not make me feel like it was my fault my order wasn’t delivered correctly. I picked it up and it was ready when I got there. The front-desk To-Go attendant/host was nice as well.

The food is always good, but it's inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, other times it's ok. The number of items in the appetizers is never the same. ( chips, corn or pub bites). And the to go orders are always missing something. Where i have to check before leaving every time.

You can never go wrong ordering from EC Wings and grill. I’ve never had a bad order. Food is always cooked to perfection. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. Wings are best in Charlotte. Hands down.

The service was very good
This is at least the third time we’ve eaten there because some good friends live down that way. I would not choose to go there on my own. The one in Kernsville is great. But this one is nowhere close to the standards. The chips were burnt. The sandwiches were ordered And delivered incorrectly, and the weight staff really did not appear to care when we told them the situation.
Love the ranch. Decent service - just a bit slow.

We loved the flavor and variety of your wings. We would definitely recommend them. Although the crispy were a little too crispy to me, they were meaty and worth coming back to try the regular ones. My negative comments wouldn't be toward the wings but the resturant. I had never seen the resturant and parked near Papa John's. I walked up to the first door I saw and almost walked in til I saw a faded sign that said used other door. Then when we finally got to the other door we were met with a sign that said seat yourself. I stood there for 5 mins waiting on someone to help us because I wasn't dinning in. My son finally pointed that there was a bar behind the wall that had food on it. I never talked to an employee and to my knowledge never saw one either. This is why I rate it at 7.
I've been a customer for years and I love the food however every time I order from this location.. my order is always wrong. Not wrong in the sense the food is off, wrong in that I am always missing parts of my order forcing me to stop and go back in and ask them to fix the problem which is a hassle that I'm willing to accept every once in awhile but this seems to happen 90 percent of the time at the country club location. Clemmons gets it right every time and will probably be my go to location from now on.
