I used to live in this area and loved everything about it. I moved 20 minutes away and work downtown so technically this is out of my way but I was warned the other location isn't good so I made the trek. My food was ready timely and packaged nicely.
I'm not sure if management changed or what happened, but the food didn't taste the same. The fries were good but if seemed like the ranch that I declared the best was not the same. The sauce on my wings didn't seem as flavorful, and lord did someone cut back on the sugar in the sweet tea? Even the toast was off. Definitely might be a while before I return.
Food was fast, accurate and reasonably priced! Customer service is always great at this location.

Food was just bad. The pub bites were totally different than the menu or any time I've had them previously and they were overcooked. The chicken was chewy and difficult to eat. The chicken has been questionable from this location the last few times we've eaten here.
The regulars who frequent the establishment should be treated with more respect from (upper management)…By being regular I mean almost everyday…Brandi,is beyond awesome….Cleanlliness is a big issue & should be addressed
I bought 40 wings with 6 different flavors and the boxes wasn't labeled for the different sauces I purchased. Each different type of sauce you purchase should be labeled so you ensure you are getting the wings you have requested as well as know which flavors you like and dislike.
Wings are meaty and the tots are delicious!
My last wings didn’t have much sauce and weren’t crunchy at all like usual. Kinda mushy. Threw most away.

The restaurant was not very full but it took at least 45 minutes to get our food.
Overall love ECW. I like spice and unfortunately none of the spice levels seem to be as hot as they used to be. Even Insanity level is not that spicy anymore. Also, about 30% of the time there's a problem with at least a small part of my order. The last couple of times we got wraps they also seemed to be getting smaller than they used to be.
Food always comes out hot and fresh!
I made and order online, waited almost 45 minutes, my lunch time from work was already finished. So I kindly asked the lady at the front to please cancel my order since I didn't had time to wait no more, by this point I am already in trouble at work.
She said that they will be returning my money once the day finish that day and till this day, no money has been returned to me.
So that's my reason.
Good food prepared accurately and ready on time.
The food was delicious. Our waitress was very nice, checked on us frequently.
