First, having someone to greet customers when they walk into your establishment is just plain good customer service and is paramount to a good initial experience. Secondly, waiting more than one minute for someone to appear is concerning! To discourage customers futher is this locations pattern of almost always omitting food items from our orders as well as condiments! It absolutely never fails and me and other customers stood in dismay even discussing these issues and why we haven't been back in months! The food prices have increased while the service and food quality have decreased!!! We ordered wings online, chose carrots for the two orders but of course as always, we didn't receive any. Moreover, we didn't receive one order of wings, called back and were treated as if we were lying!! We had to drive back wasting time and gas to get our wings while not realizing we were missing our carrots. The chicken tenders were huge and tough, not tender as advertised and had to be thrown in the trash!! My kids had no food and we were all disgusted! We will not be returning and the customers that waited with us stated that was their last visit!! Ridiculous and wasted hard earned money!!!

The manger was amazing as always — so much hospitality shown and even the cashier and worker were pleasant and helpful every step of the way ! One of my favorite wings spots and eating spots overall any day!
Give more food for the money
My food was delicious and hot. My order wasn’t delivered to the correct house but I did get my issue resolved. Deanna did not make me feel like it was my fault my order wasn’t delivered correctly. I picked it up and it was ready when I got there. The front-desk To-Go attendant/host was nice as well.

The food is always good, but it's inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, other times it's ok. The number of items in the appetizers is never the same. ( chips, corn or pub bites). And the to go orders are always missing something. Where i have to check before leaving every time.

You can never go wrong ordering from EC Wings and grill. I’ve never had a bad order. Food is always cooked to perfection. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. Wings are best in Charlotte. Hands down.
