My husband and I frequently eat at the Kingsport location. The staff and service are outstanding. However, we feel like the bar area isn’t big enough to service the amount of people that would like to eat there. Many times we have pulled in and left because there’s just not enough seating in the bar area. We have heard for about a year that there would be a remodel, which would be fabulous! I would encourage the owner to expand the bar area as that is where most people prefer to be seated. I’m sure others feel the same way as us. It’s a great restaurant and has so much potential for much more business.
Food is always good, to-go orders accurate and fast! Its a wonderful restaurant!

Wings were over cooked to long and dry
Easton did an outstanding job ensuring that we had all we needed during the entire visit. The food was hot and with good flavor. The service in the past has been very hit or miss and hope this has changed as this was an excellent visit.
It was my sons birthday and all he wanted was wings so this place was perfect for this day. The nice ambiance of East Coast Wings and Grill makes it feel different compared to your regular wing restaurant . Also the quality of the food compared to your usual wing place is far batter and not to mention the variety of sauce flavors. Overall we had a good time.
Staff is always friendly. We love the wings, salads and appetizers.

Food quality has give downhill. Wing size and taste is inconsistent. Wait staff is great. Zero manager presence to check on things.
The main thing was the mozzarella sticks came out could but I made the server aware and actually just asked if she could hear them up but she did replace them so that made things much more acceptable.

Great food, excellent service
The pub bites are false advertising and look nothing like the menu pictures. Buffalo chicken salad was missing ingredients and cooked carelessly and unseasoned. It also included wrong ingredients. They used chow mein crackers instead of the tortilla chips. We felt robbed after spending our money there and will not go back unless we get a free meal that proves the kitchen can cook again.
The flavors of the wings are awesome!! So much variety to choose from!
