The curbside information was inaccurate. There was no designated parking area and the phone number to call was disconnected. My daughter had to go inside and find someone to retrieve our food.

We ordered take-out. It was ready when we arrived, everything was correct and it was my mother's first time eating from their and she loved it!
Only had one person that was the hostess & waiter. Had to ask for drink refills & took very long time to get our food.
Our food is never right when we go there. As a side of sweet potatoes, we are only given about 5. Quality of food has gone down significantly.
I received an email special from you stating that I would earn TRIPLE POINTS. I have still not received any points.

Our server was great. However I had a togo order of 25 wings. I got home and looked in the bad and I had one box that had the 11 medium wings . It says y’all close at 10. I literally tried to call for 35 minutes from 9 to 935 and could not get an answer at all. I left a message o. The voicemail set up all I really want is the order to be made right or the credit to be given back to me. I understand mistakes happen but a response would be appreciated or maybe someone answering g the phone.

Our host, Kasey was very attentive, kind, and friendly. Any time we've had him, has been pleasant.
I usually order a grilled wrap and the chicken has always had lots of gristle; however, to my surprise, this time it didn't have any.
I've always had to complain about the gristle before, but not this time.
The fries were very hot this time as well, whereas they're usually in a just "Ok" state.
Chloe was awesome . The wings were perfectly cooked and seasoned.
Always have a great experience. Everyone is very kind. And most of all, the food is phenomenal 😋

I had a bad experience at the Clemmons location last time. They sent me a $10 coupon for that so I used it at the country club location. Way better experience this time. Thanks.
Food,service was great but when I looked inside my to go cup the ice had like black dirt in some of the cubes and thats just nasty

My wife and I have been visiting this location weekly for years. However, I'm not sure when or if we'll be coming back. This past Sunday, not long after our food arrived at the bar, the bartender decided to use a hairy, nasty broom to open the cabinet doors over us with the handle. The broom swung back and forth over our food when she couldn't get the doors to open. We did our best to cover our food but we were grossed out. Also, there was a 3" cockroach laying on its back wiggling its legs next to my wife's chair. The bartender used the same broom she used to attempt to open the cabinets above us to sweep up the cockroach.
