Good food, fast and good counter service

Service was great and good was good!
My chicken sandwich was overcooked to the point that it hurt my teeth to bite it. It was way too coated and hard. I used to order the same sandwich but it used to be called beer battered chicken sandwich. It used to be thick and soft.
My fries were about half as many as I used to get and they were not hot. Barely warm. We used to enjoy the fries so much there. Our buffalo chicken appetizer was excellent.
I ordered 10 boneless wings to go and my son said they were too crunchy. Too hard to bite. He couldn’t eat them. He threw away 9 after trying to eat one.
Love going to East Coast Wings. The food is great, beer is cold, staff is fantastic. Getting to know everyone, but m I do have favorites…. Just love Brittany, George, and Pamela.
My philly cheesesteak was awesome. Love the chips with lave ranch!!

Randy and Shane are great they know their products take time to,talk with you . I would recommend ECW to people to come and try a big thanks to the staff for knowing the product and the way they take care of the customer. Way to go ECW crew.
Easy during lunch hour
East Coast Wings on New Garden is the best around! Heather welcomes you in just about anytime you go…she is working! Always a pleasant greeting and gets us seated or to the out window promptly. Their food is exceptionally good! Anytime I am somewhat close to ECW that is where I am eating!

Great food , service and cold beer.
The chicken tenders are so big and tasty. The bartender was attentive and friendly. I had gastric bypass and eat very small portions and they do not give me a hard time when I order off the kids menu

Great flavors and great service
I order frequently from this restaurant for take outs. Sometimes I feel like it’s hit or miss with the sauce on the chicken wings. When I input for saucy, it looks like it’s not. I recommend that you put a small container with the sauce in the box so the customer can spread it over the wings. 6 out of 10 times it is not saucy as requested and what I paid for. Other than that, everything else is always good.

I enjoy the food and the hospitality provided by the staff, I am a regular and they always treat me well and accommodate all my request, I do wish the ranch cups would be more full because at times I am given half cups of ranch. I also wish the app would be updated for this specific location so that I could buy extra ranch and wing sauce on the side. I also wish there could be special request in the app so that I can ask for what I want without having to call. Other than that I always enjoy my experience at this location
Wings are a hit or miss sometimes they are amazing and have enough sauce, other times no sauce at all, I ordered wings last night they were dry no sauce.
Food and service is great.
The service as very bad. Our waitress did not put half the food in until we finished the one order of wings that had come out. We ordered the pretzel appetizer and had to ask for the cheese sauce that comes with it. We do not get silverware well until after the food came out. We waited an extremely long time for the food. It was very disappointing.
The bar staff does a great job.
Food consistency. Been to this location 5 times now and 3 times got the same wings and they have been different every time as far as flavor and level of sauce on the outwest ranch
