Good quality food! Easy to order for pick-up via mobile app. Friendly staff. Quick service turnaround. We’re longtime repeat customers.
I have been a faithful customer for years. They recently celebrated Coops Birthday. They gave me a flier saying that if I dine in on that Wednesday, I would get $7 off my next visit. I dined in the day before, the day of and bought dinner that evening. I spent about $75 the week of. When I got the $7 off , it stated I had to spend at least $35. I have 2 and they expired yesterday . They didn't have on the original flier that I had to spend an additional $35 twice to get 2 $7 discounts. I don't appreciate the false advertising!

wings had no flavor tasted like plain fried chicken. they were ordered buffalo flavor, crispy and saucy. They takeout box had a load of i suppose sauce in the bottom, but the wings looked dry.
Service, price and environment
I think you have the best wings in the city. You have Maisel great improvements. In the beginning they were never hot. They were never of a good size but lately they have been a decent size and freshly cooked. I love the variety of sauce. Keep up the great job.

The waitress always recognizes me and my mom and my sister. She puts her drinks into go cups just like we like she never messes up. She’s always friendly and fast. She’s the best waitress and I don’t even know her name.
The server was helpful and stayed engaged with us throughout our visit. Our meal was served hot and quickly, really good and was a good value.
Food is always good and our waitress, Dana, is always making sure everything is good and our glasses are filled.

The wings were hot when they came to the table.
They were meaty and seasoned just right. We ordered 20 wings and got 22. Getting that little extra made us feel appreciated
Food was excellent. My wife is originally from Buffalo, and she said these were the best wings she’d tasted since she was a kid there.

Took an hour to get wings out. Luckily they were very good and Mary kept us updated and informed. But unacceptable for it to take that long to get food out at the end of the night. Numerous parties walked in after us but we were the last table to receive our food. .
We had great service. We had an awesome waitress she took great care of us. Always check to see if we needed anything and keeping our drinks full.
