The lettuce in the salads was black, wilted and half rotten. The wings were over cooked

I had to wait 20min past the time the app said my food would be ready. We had ordered a salad, fries, 10 wings, and 5 tenders and were only given 1 ranch. The tenders were grilled with sauce that was supposed to Chipotle honey BBQ but had no flavor at all.
The hospitality, professionalism, knowledge of the staff, and the food was prepared fast and tasted great.
The lady who gave me my order was very nice, and my food was ready for pickup at the time I scheduled it.
