Everything! I love this place! My favorite wings I've ever had! Love that there are so many flavors and that there are so many I love and that you can get and that you can get them in the different heat levels!
Most of the wings were good, but I had a couple (2/10) that were broken and had the black bone marrow all in the chicken and weren’t eatable. I also didn’t like the wing to drummette ratio. I like the wings/flats best but I only got 3/10 and one of them was a messed up one.

I always enjoy the experience. East Coast is one of my favorite restaurants. My go-to is the Grand Cayman wings (crispy, saucy) and the Cobb Salad with Thousands Island. I am a regular ( regularly regular). I recommend to anyone looking for a restaurant to make your favorite! It does not disappoint!

The wings had a bad presentation on them. The sauce was just covering the wings incompletely And I could still see the skin on the wing. Also, I received a small portion of sweet potato fries and had to ask for more. Overall I don’t think I will return to this location. The Greensboro New Garden location is better and their wings taste better.

Everything. This my favorite restaurant in my home town of Florence,SC. There is absolutely nothing that I have had there that I did not enjoy. I rave about this place to everyone
even with low staff during the winter storm our waitress was on top of it and you couldn’t hardly tell the lack of staff.

The food is amazing and we eat there every Friday night and Monday nights. I always do to go orders and spend $75-$100 easy and the service is always on point and I will continue to do so.

Everything was fresh,hot and cooked well. We had the combo deal wings,flatbread pizza, and two sides for $25.00. The price was amazing! It fed two people.
The staff is always personable and efficient. Managers on duty are attentive to customer feedback.
Service was friendly I never knew about the rewards program so that was very nice for the staff to offer it to me food was delicious as always!

It was great, nothing was missing but my wings can without sauce like bare. They must’ve forgotten:(
my friend and I ordered an appetizer of pretzels, and those came out in a fairly timely manner, but without the cheese sauce we ordered. Took awhile to find our server to ask for it, and by the time she brought it out our pretzels were cold. I ordered 10 wings, 5 of each flavor, and my friend a quesadilla. 5 of my wings came out, without the ranch or carrots/celery I politely asked for. I also had to ask for napkins and silverware. The napkins that were brought out this time were paper towel dispenser napkins-not like the napkins I have received other times I have been here. I finished my 5 wings and the rest of our order was nowhere to be found. Had to wait 20 minutes to flag down our waitress again, and then she realized the rest of our order never got put in. Waited another 30 minutes for my other 5 wings and my friends dinner. In the meantime, she took my water to the kitchen to refill it, and disappeared with it. Finally was able to flag her down many minutes later, mouth burning, to ask for my water she never brought back. Again forgot our carrots and celery, and brought me an extra ranch to “apologize”, which I do not ask for or need, but forgot the sauce my friend ordered for her entree. I believe she was new, so we tried to be as polite and patient as possible although we were waiting for a very long time and were getting a bit frustrated. We didn’t want to show our frustration and get her even more flustered, as she at one point told us “she was about to cry” but the manager had to come over several times to help her enter things and to take our payment, and we were honestly a bit disappointed he didn’t offer to at least comp our appetizer we had to eat cold or even offer an apology. I have been to ECW a few times and the food is always amazing! But service is pretty slow and I find myself having to ask for things multiple times. Another visit, I ordered a drink from the menu, and the bartender had to come over and ask what was in it. Food is great but I’ve never had a great service experience, and the wait time is usually pretty long even when the restaurant is not busy. I’ve tried to be pretty understanding but especially after this last visit, where my friend and I could not even enjoy our meal together, I don’t think we will be returning to ECW.

East Coast Wings always has the best wings around, that is the main reason we keep coming back but this visit we found a new reason to return!
The person who working the take out window at the New Garden Rd. location Friday January 30th around 3:30 pm who i believe is named Laura (forgive me if the name is incorrect) did the MOST FANTASTIC JOB I have seen in sometime at this location.
Laura went out of her way to take care of us, it would be great if she was to be recognized. If I need to do anything additional to submitting this review for that to happen please notify me.
The food is always good quality, i have had issues in the past with service but we had an INCREDIBLE experience with Laura...THANK YOU LAURA!!!

It was delicious. We appreciated the new 2 for $20 meals.
Our waiter, Darius, was great!! He was pleasant and polite. Food was also great, except for the chips. The chips were over cooked. But we will be back!! :-)
