Hamburgers, wings and salads are great, service is great, environment is great. What's not to like?
Service was fine, but the dry rub wings were overcooked and the chips were undercooked. Quality control is key to keeping customers who have multiple choices in town for in the fare you serve.
The food was delicious, we were greeted by 3 different staff members, and our waitress was very attentive.
Missing items (carrots, celery, dressings), soggy fries, bad chicken tenders (they made me physically sick to my stomach).
Service was great as always that's why we always get a table at the bar. She takes great care of everyone. My husbands chicken wrap was hot and good but my chicken ternders were cool and our chips were cold. But since the service is good we didn't say anything she was busy. So a little disappointed in the food but the service was great.

I had ordered curbside but ran next door to the grocery store before picking up. When I pulled up to East Coast, there were no to-go spots so I parked along the curb and ran in. The girls at the front were extremely busy but still friendly and showed me my food to make sure it was correct before leaving.
I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to West Coast Wings in Clemson, SC. I ordered the 25-piece bone-in wing and chip combo, and once again, my order wasn’t right. I didn’t receive my chips at all, and the wings—which I specifically asked to be crispy—were so overcooked they basically turned to dust.
What made it more frustrating is that when I went inside to pick up my order, there was no employee in sight. The restaurant wasn’t even busy; maybe two couples were dining in. This is now the second time I’ve had issues getting what I ordered, and it’s honestly making me question whether it’s worth coming back. I expect at least the basics to be correct.
My wife and I had never been to this location, but we were in the area shopping and on our way home when she seen your sign at the road. I would have never noticed it if she didn’t say - Hey there is an East Coast. I said, let’s try it out. We walked in and I didn’t see a lot of people, so I immediately thought the worse. But it was great. Food was on point and full of flavor. Wings were cooked perfectly, as I like a little bit of crunch to my wings. Her quesadilla was perfect also.
