Our chicken sandwiches were so tough. Didn't enjoy our meals. Paid too much not to enjoy.
The food was greasy. They forgot to drain the grease from the hamburger when they made the cheeseburger quesadilla. The portion of the onion rings were not worth it. I use to like East Coast Wings when they first opened. The last few times I've dined in or ordered take out and have been really disappointed. The restaurant has gone downhill with the quality of food and portion sizes. To make things right, I would like a $25 gift card or a free meal, either to be ordered online or for dine in. East Coast Wings needs to step up and make things right. The restaurant needs to give a little more with their portion sizes in order to stay afloat and stay in business. Also, when the online order is ready, it would've been nice to get a text message or email when the food was ready, instead of pickup by 8:54pm because our food wasn't very warm and had been sitting on the back counter where you pay for who knows how long. East Coast Wings took the "Poutine" off the menu and it was one of my favorite items to order. I won't be ordering from East Coast Wings ever again as I'm very disappointed, unless you want to make things right with a $25 gift card or a free meal for take out or dine in. Thank You.

Wing overcooked. Got 2 types of dry rubs, and all the seasoning was at the bottom of the pan. None on the wings. Wings had no flavor. 2nd time in a row with the same experience.

My husband and I really love your garden salad. The combination and quantity of additional vegetables along with the lettuce is perfect. It's by far the best salad we can get anywhere. We always get wings with the salad, and the wings are always very good. We appreciate the variety of flavors offered.
