The food & service was great.
The front counter team did an awesome job with taking my to go order off the street and fulfilling it quickly in spite of the crowd there for take out orders. The chicken was good overall though a few pieces were not full parts of the wing. The Pepsi soda was ok though was flat by the time I arrived home. (It would’ve been nice to have the option to buy a non-carbonated drink instead.)
Nevertheless, it was a good experience overall!
Wings were hot and good. Service was fast.

It was a horrible experience on .25 cent wing day. You were not prepared for the influx of customers. My experience was all egregious. Nothing, I mean nothing was pleasant. From the service to the food. I will not be back even on a good day.

My daughter's to go boneless wings had hair in them. We threw them away and she had a pb&j instead. Big disappointment 😔

During .25 wing night the place was packed!!! Standing room only. All of the staff were great, doing the best they could. They were friendly, even though, obviously stressed. Some of them had been there all day. They did an awesome job !

It was a very bad smell to my chicken. I was told that I can't get extra crispy because you guys had a waiting list.
This location is by far the best! I love their menu and always fresh food :) They literally have extremely fresh food, great portion and value. I highly recommend !

Great day with family at 25 cent wing night. Servers worked really hard despite the crowd and the wings were DELICIOUS! We are regulars, but the evening was especially great!

Got an email for $.25 wings, but couldn’t order online for that price, went to restaurant when they opened, and then it was 55 minutes to get our order. Poor planning on your part.
The food and the service.
We ordered 15 wings virgin mango bango wings and 20 wings medium bang bang wings. We ended up with virgin bang bang and medium mango bango wings. Unfortunately they ran out of wings so we couldn’t get them corrected. Overall service was great, greeted, and was given a time frame of 1 hour which was exactly the time I got my wings. The only issue we had was just the mix up which was a little frustrating since the person that order the mango bango could not eat them due to the heat
