We set at the bar and the service was great. Super fast we didn't drink but our drinks stayed full we ordered lunch. Food was hot and fresh. Everything was very clean as always which is always great.

I understand your burgers are greasy. And I know firsthand that your cheesesteaks ARE greasy! Do something about that. It is difficult for me find something on your menu as I don't love chicken. Also, it is always just a bit TOO cold in there for me. Uncomfortable after 1/2 hour.
the last two times have been sub-par.. I am just not sure I will go back again anytime soon, and i defintely will not suggest anyone else go.. The hamburgers here used to be amazing, fresh tasting, a double cheese burger was huge, had cheese on both sides from the bun.. Something has changed.. and it's very disappointing.. Once again I ordered the bacon double cheese burger, and struggled to find the cheese.. Burgers were past well done, into the burnt category.. very dry not good.. my wife ordered classid double cheese burger.. same issue except she only had one piece of hidden cheese.. just frustrating to spend this kind of money for this poor of an experience.. and this time our waitress seemed in a hurry and disinterested in actually taking our table.. I just can't see me going back any time soon, and that is disappointing to me becuase this used to be a very good spot.. I hope you actually read this and try to make changes, but my guess is that you will read it and respond with a caring note.. that is simply that.. just a note..
We had two chicken sandwiches. One was grilled and the other was crispy. Oth were so hard we couldn’t eat them. I don’t have a chance to bring them back or I would have.
The food at the East Coast Wings in Hickory is really good. The majority of the time the quantity is really really good and the flavoring is delicious. My husband and I both enjoy particular dishes and we'll try other things once in a while but we have our favorites. The staff are really nice as well.
Loved the wing flavor choices and ice cold beer! We will be back!

They called me when my order was ready. I had my dogs with me the other day and did not want to leave them very long with the car running.

Everything was really tasty and I like how you give extra sauces.
The server seemed overwhelmed. Maybe had too many tables. This resulted in a prolonged wait from when we were seated. I think it could be fixed by adding an extra server. Other than that, he was helpful and attentive.
My food was so dang good. Plus it was my birthday meal so paid very little. Thank you for the gift!
