I think East Coast on N. Main St needs to be advertised more. It can be a little off putting that it’s not that busy during lunch/dinner hours.

I only ordered a cookie skillet and did not get my icecream or chocolate with it only the cookie. Tried to call back to this location and it repeatedly went to voicemail.

We asked for outside seating and were immediately seated. It was very pleasant after some really hot humid days. Our waitress was very good. She was quick and brought everything to us in a timely fashion.
Our food was very good, mine still hot. My husbands had a salad which was excellent and chilled.
I need to say we have had some unpleasant experiences here ,previously, so we quit coming for a while. The wait staff had been really unpleasant almost surly at times. I have to say that this was a good experience, meal, and pleasant wait staff.

My wings was not the best one had some red like it wasn’t done the server was good she waited on us and she was really great just the food wasn’t the greatest I like the one in Winston Salem a whole lot better my husband had a burger we think it made him sick he wished he never ate it not sure if we will be going back

the wing flavors I love ECW and was traveling when the hotel I stated at Comfort Suites told me there was one just up the road so I had to go and I was satisfied as always just wish you would open one in Atlanta were I live as the one here near the mall of georgia closed years ago.

Call for 20 minutes and got no answer. Went up there and they were not busy. Ask manager about the problem and he said they were busy. They only had 1 girl working the front . Sorry management all together. They dont care about the customer

The tacos were great and enjoyed all the people there.

The food is always excellent. The only complaint... I asked for BBQ sauce to us as a dip for the chips and was told that there is an extra charge. ? All of the other dipping sauces are free. Just a thought

The food was great and our server was very efficient and nice.

The food was ok but not as good as in previous visits. Also, we ordered the chicken tenders which were a little tough plus we asked for the to be "saucy" which they were but the sauce ran all over the tater tots. The kitchen should have had the common sense to put the tater tots on a separate tray or something to keep them from being covered in sauce. Also the server did not leave napkins for our table and had to be asked for them. Just not the best service or food we have had. May need to take a break from ECW for a while.

We typically stop in once a week. We always ask for Deanna, she is one of the best watiresses we have ever had. She is always on top of drinks, knows our orders usually by memory and always is a great pleasure. Keep her on and thanks for the great food, atmosphere and service!
