I made an order at 5:15 for pick up at 5:45. When I arrived my order wasn’t ready yet. I was told it would be a few minutes later. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes and was continually told it was being prepared but never given any kind of wait time. When I got home, the quality of the wings was very poor and I didn’t eat 3 of them because of the color of the wing. The staff at the restaurant were nice but the wait and quality of food left a lot to be desired.
Wait time was long, and when we received our check, our waiter took a very long time to come back. I asked the three people who were standing at the hostess station if they could help us and take this check because we needed to leave they said no we had to wait for our waiter so we continued to wait, when he did return, I gave him my loyalty card. He left when he came back he gave me my change never gave me my card back and never even put the points on my ticket so now I have no loyalty card and I did not receive points for that meal , very disappointing

Wonderful food and service as always
My order was switched with someone else’s and I called the delivery person but they had dropped off my order to the wrong person already and couldn’t remedy the situation. I didn’t have time to redo everything so I just had to figure something else out. It was an honest mistake but I ordered from the store directly and not DoorDash or Uber so I would have expected they would know about the error or follow up but never a word.
Food was good BUT, had to wait 45 minutes for our food.
Our waitress was very attentive to refills, the wind were hot and juicy. The house made chips were perfectly cooked unlike many times where they are far to toasty or served semi raw.
We placed an order to go. When we got home the wings had very little sauce and the bang bang shrimp tacos had very, very little. It was as if the order was just haphazardly assembled. The location was busy, so maybe it was an off night. But had this been my first experience with East Coast, I would probably not be a return customer.
Food and service is always great
The service is always timely and orders are correct!! The food is always hot and delicious!! We really enjoy it every single time!!
Friendly staff, prompt service, delicious food
This place is run down! Tables are always sticky. Decor is dated. Service is slow. If we go here, we have to know that it will take 40-45 minutes to get any food to the table. The lighting is either dark in some seats or a blinding spotlight in your eyes in others. The flavor of the food is good, but it’s hard to get past the lackadaisical service both front of house and back in the kitchen.
I ordered online & went to pick up a few minutes after I was told the order was to be ready. I walked in & told my name & was told my order wasn’t ready yet. I waited for close to 30 minutes before someone else asked me my name & was told my order was ready they just thought I had said a different name. The food was a little cold but still tasty. I do wish we are given the option, online, to order buffalo chicken wraps as crispy & not just grilled chicken.
The food isn't consistent. I get the same wings each time and sometimes they're great, last night they were slightly under cooked, not crispy and not exaggerating, the wings were in almost 2 inches of sauce. They were gross. If you're a wing place and you can't get wings right, it seems to be a issue. We also got 2 burgers which were fine, that's the only reason it wasn't a 1 rating. We visit your location once or twice a month but we're getting tired of this and not sure how many more shots we'll give you guys. I've given this feedback before and it just goes no where.

I’ve been to this location SEVERAL times over the year however in the past few years I just feel as though food quality has gone downhill. I ordered a wing special and when I got home from picking up my order I discovered my wings hadn’t been tossed in the sauce at all. While this may not seem like a huge deal if this is how I knew it would be coming I would have requested sauce on the side. I had to toss my own wings and then when I began to eat the wings I discovered several were undercooked and pink in the center. To me this was a complete turn off and I am not sure I want to ever return to this location let alone another East Coast Wings location.
Great food and service! Really appreciate the consistency of the East Coast experience!
Better chairs to sit in….stop changing menu
We order from East Coast wings frequently and we have always been pleased with the quality of both the food and the service. Because of this, ECW is one of our “go to” restaurants in Mt. Airy.
