The service and food
The food was delicious. We enjoyed the variety of wing flavors. The staff was friendly when I went to pick up the food and it was ready on time. The amount of food in the kids meal was also a nice surprise. We are excited to find a new wing place close to home!
The wait time for someone to take your order is long.
I have been there many times before and it was good. This experience was not and it was solely based on the food.
The server was great and very nice but the food was not.
We ordered a philly steak sandwich, and the amount of steak on the sandwich was no where near what the picture on the menu showed. The ratio of steak to bread was very much off. Very little steak and a whole lot of bread.
We also ordered the Shrimp tacos. They were not good to me or my husband. I thought they had sauce (bang bang) on them, but they were very blank except for the fact that there were a lot of pickles on there. Who puts pickles on a shrimp taco? I didn't see anywhere in the menu description the mention of pickles.
So we both had bad experiences with trying to try something new. I guess we will stick with the wings from now on.

I come here 3 to 4 times a week only for the staff. They welcome me no matter the time of day. Ms. Tammy and the manager Steffy make me want to come back.
The food is great, the waitress service is excellent, and the hygiene staff is working hard to keep the restaurant clean.

To go orders are hit or miss if the food is good. Half the time the chips are burnt to the point you can’t eat them. Tenders tend to be refrigerated cold and not even warm.

I Love going to eat with you guys!!! Everything I have tried is delicious and the service is fabulous!!! I am constantly telling folks they need to go and I will be glad to join them.

I had fun hanging out there for a couple hours. Had a couple Oktoberfest beers. Went home.
Go back to thinner chips. The new ones are to fat and hard.

Take the grease out of the wings before putting them in the to go box. The grease was everywhere.
I ordered the boneless wings and chips special and did not receive my chips. When I called I was told I could be refunded a $1. That’s actually funny. Keep your dollar and figure out how to make sure to give people all their food. As I was picking up my food another customer was complaining about not receiving their complete order. How hard is it to get an order right? We ordered 3 items. Shldnt be that hard.
Friendly service, clean restaurant, fair prices and GREAT Manager, Stephen. My wife and I eat at the Lynchburg location two or three times every week and at times we even come with friends or our extended family.
