the wing flavors I love ECW and was traveling when the hotel I stated at Comfort Suites told me there was one just up the road so I had to go and I was satisfied as always just wish you would open one in Atlanta were I live as the one here near the mall of georgia closed years ago.

Call for 20 minutes and got no answer. Went up there and they were not busy. Ask manager about the problem and he said they were busy. They only had 1 girl working the front . Sorry management all together. They dont care about the customer

The food is always excellent. The only complaint... I asked for BBQ sauce to us as a dip for the chips and was told that there is an extra charge. ? All of the other dipping sauces are free. Just a thought

The food was great and our server was very efficient and nice.
The food was ok but not as good as in previous visits. Also, we ordered the chicken tenders which were a little tough plus we asked for the to be "saucy" which they were but the sauce ran all over the tater tots. The kitchen should have had the common sense to put the tater tots on a separate tray or something to keep them from being covered in sauce. Also the server did not leave napkins for our table and had to be asked for them. Just not the best service or food we have had. May need to take a break from ECW for a while.

We typically stop in once a week. We always ask for Deanna, she is one of the best watiresses we have ever had. She is always on top of drinks, knows our orders usually by memory and always is a great pleasure. Keep her on and thanks for the great food, atmosphere and service!

For the third time in three visits my wings came with only drums. Why can’t we have a combo of flats and drums. Waitress was very cocky.

We have always enjoyed East Coast wings and burgers. Our last order was a bit confused and the solution was handled flawlessly by the manager and staff. We will continue to order from the massive variety of flavors of wings offered here.
The last few times I have ordered there has been an issue, I choose to revisit the location because it’s the only location near me. I order there same thing every time and it’s seems to be a problem that they can never get my order correct. Portion size never correct, no sense of urgency, they never answer the phone so I can order upon arriving. Management is terrible as well

This is my 3rd time eating here since opening & all 3 times have not been good at all. My ordered are either wrong or the food has absolutely no taste. I spent $50 on 7/21/2025 for 2 10 piece wings & 2 onion ring tray. One of the wing orders is still sitting in my fridge with 9 wings still on the box because it has absolutely no taste. The honey garlic wings tasted nothing like honey garlic. I might have wasted $50 this week but East Coast Wings will never get another penny out of me.
