How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It seems the wings are not consistent when we order. We always order the same thing. Last time they were saucy and delicious. However, they were very dry and flavorless this time. I ordered buffalo mild, honey barbecue, teriyaki ginger, and Korean barbecue; all looked the same with no sauce and tasted just about the same.

What could we do to improve?

Better service. Drinks were empty for a while and waitress wouldn’t hardly look at our table when she walked by and she only had two tables.
