The food wasn’t good at all. Wings cooked too hard

There was one server/bartender on when I came in and I saw 2 customers come to the bar where I was sitting to request service. I asked the server if she was the only one working and she said yes and that she preferred it because it was better for her. It took 30 minutes to get my food and my chicken tenders were soggy. I assume it’s because they sat since the server was so busy with other customers. This was my redemption visit because during my first visit, my order never got made until I asked for a manager. I love your special on Thursdays but it does me no good if my food is bad or doesn’t show up at all. My server was nice but the experience sucked in general. I usually don’t give a second chance but I got a birthday promotion and figured it was worth giving another chance. Sadly I was still disappointed.
Keep individuals who aren’t properly dressed & taking baths in men’s restroom….The fruit flies at the bar are bad & if I didn’t enjoy the staff so much I would limit my visits…I am a regular

The wings are the best! So many options and I have a few favorites as far as sauces. Brandy and Tabitha are amazing bar tenders! Drinks are perfectly made and they interact with the crowd.

The overall experience was nice. My kids and I were out for a late lunch and stopped in. The waiter was phenomenal. He was very helpful and even interacted with the kids. We hope to stop in and have him as a waiter again!

Tammy H is the absolute sweetest waitress! Always remembers my order as soon as I walk in the door. All of the staff at the Thomasville location are amazing! Such a nice place all around!
Bartender is spot on, best in Lynchburg!!

I think East Coast on N. Main St needs to be advertised more. It can be a little off putting that it’s not that busy during lunch/dinner hours.

I only ordered a cookie skillet and did not get my icecream or chocolate with it only the cookie. Tried to call back to this location and it repeatedly went to voicemail.
We asked for outside seating and were immediately seated. It was very pleasant after some really hot humid days. Our waitress was very good. She was quick and brought everything to us in a timely fashion.
Our food was very good, mine still hot. My husbands had a salad which was excellent and chilled.
I need to say we have had some unpleasant experiences here ,previously, so we quit coming for a while. The wait staff had been really unpleasant almost surly at times. I have to say that this was a good experience, meal, and pleasant wait staff.

My wings was not the best one had some red like it wasn’t done the server was good she waited on us and she was really great just the food wasn’t the greatest I like the one in Winston Salem a whole lot better my husband had a burger we think it made him sick he wished he never ate it not sure if we will be going back
