How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You charged me $4.99 for flat only which I requested. You then gave me a ton of drumsticks. If you’re going to charge $5 to do it follow through.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We came in after being at the drag races in Concord. We had out of town guests and we were tired and hungry. There were 6 of us and they tried to cram us all in a booth. The place was pretty much empty, so open tables was not a problem. It was around 9, but this location is open till 10, so the sound of the vacuum cleaner while we were eating, was a bit distracting, while trying to talk. Our server was great and that was the plus for the night.

It's enjoyable to have delivered to your table what you ordered and not something that was a big mistake .If by chance an order comes out wrong it will be made right . I suggest giving them a try.

Please bring back more vegetarian options. There used to be crispy green beans. The only menu item are salads

What could we do to improve?

Add a section for extr- extra crispy (extra crispy x2) for those of us who dont like the slippery chewy wings.
