Always friendly and amazing food

I love the Out West Ranch wings and the new Fiesta Burger is amazing but usually my chips are better than they were this time tho alot of them weren't cook all the way and was soft and stuck together

The wings weren't cooked as much as they usually are and were a bit slimy feeling. Chips were also not cooked nearly as much as they usually are and were limp, not crispy. Usually this location is on point.
We have always enjoyed East Coast Wings. And what a surprise to be there on Thursday, Special deal on Wings!! Our bartender/server was so welcoming and efficient with our order. Very pleasant. There was one server/bartender on when I came in and I saw 2 customers come to the bar where I was sitting to request service. I asked the server if she was the only one working and she said yes and that she preferred it because it was better for her. It took 30 minutes to get my food and my chicken tenders were soggy. I assume it’s because they sat since the server was so busy with other customers. This was my redemption visit because during my first visit, my order never got made until I asked for a manager. I love your special on Thursdays but it does me no good if my food is bad or doesn’t show up at all. My server was nice but the experience sucked in general. I usually don’t give a second chance but I got a birthday promotion and figured it was worth giving another chance. Sadly I was still disappointed.
Keep individuals who aren’t properly dressed & taking baths in men’s restroom….The fruit flies at the bar are bad & if I didn’t enjoy the staff so much I would limit my visits…I am a regular

The wings are the best! So many options and I have a few favorites as far as sauces. Brandy and Tabitha are amazing bar tenders! Drinks are perfectly made and they interact with the crowd.

The overall experience was nice. My kids and I were out for a late lunch and stopped in. The waiter was phenomenal. He was very helpful and even interacted with the kids. We hope to stop in and have him as a waiter again!

Tammy H is the absolute sweetest waitress! Always remembers my order as soon as I walk in the door. All of the staff at the Thomasville location are amazing! Such a nice place all around!

We were seated sooner than expected and our server was prompt. The food was really good.
the last two visits the extra-hot recipe has been uncharacteristically hotter than usual. Additionally the flavor of the 'hey mon honey' was off the last time I was there.
I would love to see better beer specials.
