The young man who came to clean my carpet didn't use the brushes that I was told you used, to clean my carpet. I think you should have let me know before hand that he wouldn't be following protocol and let me make the decision from there whether to continue. Rather than him just start doing it and when I notice he wasn't using all the correct tools gives me an excuse that he can't use that took because of a car accident.
Then he claimed he couldn't get out a black mark on the carpet so I took in my bottle of resolve and got the spot out!!
Then he never put the protectant on it.
So I paid $199 for the rooms he cleaned which included the protectant but didn't get the protectant!
I would like some refund for that and some kind of compensation for all the BS!!
They always do a great job, our carpets look brand new again when they're finished, and knowing that carpet cleaning residue is not left in the carpet.

Super fast worker, and my stairs have never been cleaner after a carpet cleaning. Usually they just look wet, my carpet is super clean. I am very happy. My serviceman was super polite and efficient!

There was a problem with a very strange sour rag icky smell after the area dried. I called and three days after the technician returned and treated the area that was solely with two products, an enzyme and a sanitizer. It did the trick! So grateful! He also gave me a bottle of spot remover as a complimentary perk for having the problem. This company and their employees really stand behind their product and service. Thanks Zerorez! Will have you come back.

I do not feel that our carpets are actually cleaner than they were before. I have had to wipe up a few spills since then and my rags are coming up brown even with just water.
The products are great. The cleaned areas look like new. The best part of the cleaning was Ben May, your Zerorez representative. He the ultimate professional and the best representative for Zerorez. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a superior job. We are extremely pleased with our experience.
We were disappointed that the shower tile and grout did not clean up as expected. The tile and grout was no more than 3 years old and the shower floor was top of the line. My husband was not pleased at all. He actually wiped grit off the shower walls and wondered if they cleaned it at all. Very unhappy. The person who came was pleasant. I'm just not sure the way you clean is working.
I felt like the technician rushed through the job at the end leaving spots that should have come up. Also I'm not happy with the fact that I told Zerorez I had some wool carpet to be cleaned and was never told the cost would be more than 2 times the cost of the other areas to be cleaned. I was told there was a carpet cleaning special of $33.00 per room up to 200 sq.ft. but wasn't told it didn't apply to the wool areas. Very disappointed that the information was not divulged at the time I made the appointment.
