Tim was awesome! He was very professional, thorough and considerate. My sister was visiting when Tim was here cleaning. She had had a different technician clean her home only a few days earlier and was disappointed in her technician who was neither professional, thorough nor considerate. She also said her technician looked like "a thug", which made her nervous as she is a young mom home alone with small children. Me and my family will now request Tim by name! Way to go, Tim!

The technician--Isaias is so good and helpful! I request him every time. Also the carpets are always very clean.
This is the 3rd time we have had Zerorez clean our carpets. In the past they have cleaned "spots with a special cleanerand let the spot set for a bit so it could deep clean. Tnis time it didnt happen that way. I have a spot I showed him and he just cleaned it regular. Now it looks like the spot is coming back. Also, I didnt receive my small bottle of cleaner for any spills I might have. I may have to find a new carpet cleaner next time. This time I didnt receive the service from you that we had in the past!

Reese was very knowledgeable about the products you use. He took special efforts to determine whether or not my sofa and love seat could be cleaned with water. When it was determined it should not be cleaned with water he explained the other process you have etc. He was very helpful and polite. I have heard from two friends about your company and was very pleased that I called for an appointment. I will certainly recommend you and call you again when I need any services.

Your minimum charge wasn't previously disclosed until last moment. Your pet treatment pricing is over inflated. My smaller house in Orem that has less square footage and fewer rooms/areas than my house in Farmington and yet services to my orem house cost more than my farmington house both houses had same treatments. Telephone customer service of orem area office is poor. Techs are very polite. I'm sorry to say my opinion of zerorez has deteriorated and I will consider other possibilities.
I like that my house doesn't stink after and have a cleaner smell. The guy who did my home did fine but I was at my mom's when her carpets were cleaned and he went above and beyond and really out shined the person who came to my house. (4464 w 9980 n cedar hills it was yesterday). Thanks for not being super expensive.
You could not take care of the stain or smell from a pet accident. The technician said he would come back out - but doing the same thing again would not work. We went with someone who specializes in pet problems.
I like the good job that you do, and your efficient manner that you do your work. I love the finished product. Also I like the friendliness of your employees! I am very happy with the work that they did, and will use your services again.

The dirt came up and it looks great. It stayed wet a lot longer than I thought or than I was told. Some areas were not dry even 24 hours later. But again, it looks a lot better!

Technician did work without confirming price befotehand and handed my wife a bill 3x what we were expecting. Customer service trying to work this out has been horrible. Very disappointed in the way we've been treated as customers.

They guys that came were great! Super nice and did a good job. My carpets are really old and Zerorez was able to bring them back to life. I love how clean the carpet and tile feel!
