We haven't had our carpets cleaned in about 5 years. They came right out, so not a long wait. The technician was sooo good! We had some pet stains which he treated and the carpets look beautiful!
It does not leave the carpet soaking wet and drying for days
The guy who came to clean the carpets was very kind but our stair carpets do not look good. They have a yellow tint to them. like the cleaner didn't get sucked up all the way. And, when he came in he told us right off the bat that he probably wouldn't be able to get them very clean. I should have told him then to not worry about it.

On time, polite. Did not see checking of furnace vents as stated on statement. Generally neat, only had to clean up on hard surfaces where solution remained. Improved the appearance of my carpet considerably.
