Our carpet looks brand new. It makes me feel happy, relaxed when I walk around the house. I listen to Maya, all the products that she used one to made all the stains in the carpet come up to the surface of the carpet, then Maya protects it with a sealer that allows the carpets to stayed clean longer.
Definitely will have them clean our carpets again.

Fast and very clean

I originally expected to pay, based on the online reservation, $318 for my carpets to be cleaned. I was upsold to *more than double that* just to have "small spots" taken care of. Once the carpets were dry enough that I felt I could walk around and take a look, I was disappointed to see still there several of the spots I expected to have gone... places where something sticky had got into the carpet but which I assumed professional cleaners could and would easily handle.
I regret paying the extra amount and am very very glad I wasn't suckered into the $1200 package for "large spots" identified only via their special light. I feel cheated. $638 is a lot of money for us!

I will say the technician was very kind and friendly. He worked very quickly, which I don't think is good...a fast job is often not a thorough job, which I discovered to be true in this case. The silver lining I'm finding is that it did give enough time for the carpets to be mostly dry by bedtime so we could at least set up beds to sleep in that night.

There's an old saying, "Do you want fast or so you want good?"
I wanted good. Honestly, I'd appreciate a refund of the "upsell" portion we paid, at least in part, since there were sticky/dirty spots remaining.

I appreciate that no chemicals are used in the carpet. They really do feel good after the carpet dries. It's not crunchy and I enjoy that I'm keeping my family heathier. They wear shoe covers in the house which is always a bonus.
When our tech got here to clean our kids' rooms, we told him about a couple things that we weren't planning on being able to get out of the carpet (dried slime being one of the spots) and that we just were happy knowing the rest of the carpet was taken care of, but he miraculously got that dried, rough and very noticeable slime out of the carpet. I couldn't believe it. It was like magic! We are very grateful.

The technician was friendly, called when he was on his way, arrived when he said he would and did a wonderful job cleaning and protecting our carpets. He even went above and beyond to make sure we moved our bird so it wouldn't be harmed by fumes from the protective sealer. He worked quickly and efficiently and answered any questions we had. Over all it was a great experience. Will call you next time we need our carpets cleaned.

I have used Zerorez for years. This cleaning was done swiftly and efficiently by two wonderful men. I would definitely recommend this company!

The operator was timely and professional, but since it was a sunny day and the room was bright, he "couldn't see the black-light to see the pet soiled areas. I told him exactly what areas needed the extra work, but after putting down a light spray in a few areas, he proceeded to use the machine as standard. For clarity, I told him the entire hallway had been soiled with feces and half of the great-room had been soiled with urine, our aged dog having developed incontinence.

The technician gave little effort to address our request. After the carpet dried, it was still dirty, as a clean cloth rubbed over the area came back dark and dirty.

I've been vacillating about keeping Zerorez on as my carpet/upholstery/tile cleaning company, since I've had a few un-conscientious and one "high-pressure-upsell" technicians. Sadly, the quality just isn't the same as it was when I started using them in 2015. The last service was the last straw. I'll use a different company going forward.
