Make customer more aware that you are an ‘eco’ company and don’t do stain removal from high traffic area with chemicals. Our service was excellent - professional, timely and friendly. Ironically, the end product looked a bit better after drying. Our carpets were old and stained; our expectations were maybe somewhat unreasonable.

In our guest bedroom upstairs, we have very expensive drapes hanging in the window. I gave very clear directions that they were not to be moved. I thought that the young man cleaning the carpets understood my direction because he stated: "They would not be a problem, he would clean around them." When we went back to that room to look at the carpet, the drapes had been moved and bunched up so as they were sitting in the windowsill. I was very worried that the wrinkles would not come out. There is also a brown stripe from wall to wall in that same room.
I did not reach out sooner because I was going into the hospital to have knee surgery.

The edges of each room next to the wall was left untouched and still full of dirt. I could still grab handfuls of dog hair off the stairs and there were many spots that at first I had to point out but I didn’t feel comfortable to point more out after a few were quickly scrubbed out, so there are still many stains left. It is cleaner than it was before but many parts of the carpets remain the same and are not as fresh as I had hoped
