Evan, our carpet cleaner, let me know he was on his way, so we had time to vacuum and out up the baby gate for our pup. When he arrived, he was very thorough and explained everything very well. He took extra care with my pup here, ensuring the door was closed when he wasn't using it. Everything was dry about 4 hours later, so just in time for dinner.

He cleaned three rooms, our hallway, and our sectional, and was respectful of our things. I also liked that the smell wasn't bad and dissipated quickly. I gave him a generous tip because he did so well and I would use him again!

Didn’t let me know that wool and viscose fibers need to be dry cleaned at the store site and that dry cleaning is more and takes a couple weeks. My quote ended up being $900 more than I was expecting.
