It took 3 days for the carpet to dry. There are several places that don't look as clean as I would like. The most disappointing is the feel of the carpet. It stiff and unpleasant to walk on.

You back up your carpet cleaning with real action if not done right the first time. My tech this time around was Eric Guiterrez and he was careful, thorough, and caring.

That the carpet is not left really wet after cleaning. I feel the carpet gets cleaner than other companies carpet cleaning methods. While Zerorez may be pricier, it is worth it to me.

It doesn't leave a lot of soap residue.
The only thing I was disappointed in was there was a few wet spots that I had to put the fan on and it took 3 days to dry.
I loved the phone call letting me know he was going to be at my house in 15 minutes- I loved the expertise and friendly service, and the attention he gave to the little details of sealing the grout!! My tile has NEVER looked better

The technician, Eric, was very professional and polite, worked efficiently and thoroughly. This was my first time using zerorez, and I love that there's no "the carpets just got cleaned" damp smell (there's no smell, this is good). Carpets look great.

Carpets stay cleaner longer
Tim the service guy was great. Very informative and very friendly, on time and did a great job. I scheduled to have my sons carpets cleaned next week.

You cleaned my couches. There was a quite a bit of residue on my walls, coffee table, and end table after you left. For being "zerorez", there was a lot of rez. :)
I scrubbed it all down and we are good.
