Good and clean carpets

Carpet cleaning seems good. Clemente was very personable and hard working.

Besides the fact that our carpets turned out very clean, the technician was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He was also available when I called later with a few questions. I was very happy that within the six hours of drying time I was told, we were able to move furniture back in. We were very happy with the service and results

Great staff, the carpet seemed to be more dry as they left, less odor, no sticky residue. Some traffic areas didn't get as clean as we would have liked.

Friendly, Fast, Considerate. I did find that the carpet in the master bedroom sort of "peaked" in a rather large mountain-like ridge and I was quite concerned. By the time it completely dried (well over the 6 hours that were indicated), it did decrease to almost nothing, but not knowing what would happen, I was worried for a while. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Tech knew what to expect with my wool carpet and was very careful and through. I had great results with stains too.

The stains were not addressed/resolved on the first visit and the carpets we left so wet that 2 days later I had to bring in air movers to complete the drying. When they returned to address the stain problem the carpets were dry in a matter on hours. I really think there was something wrong with the machine used on the first visit.

There was an advertised deal and when they came out the said we had to seal the carpet. I want to be told about all up front cost before you even come out. I don't want to be surprised that there is another fee you need to pay otherwise the cleaning won't last. I think it was chicken of the person that helped me on the phone not to tell me about the chemical seal needed. I honestly would not have had you come out if I had known that up front.

The employees were very knowledgable and professional. They kept their appointment time and there was no mess. They were clean and sharp. The carpets were clean and fresh smelling. The carpet seems new again. We will definately use this service again in the future and recommend them to our friends and family.

This is second time requesting your services. The only complaint or suggestion I would voice is for the service person to ask if there are any stains to pre-treat I had a couple but did not specifically point them out, so this is partly my fault, I felt they were obvious enough they didn't need to be pointed out. Also, the furniture was lite and sparce yet none of it moved and cleaned under.

second time in a row that there was a scheduling conflict. Office again handled it poorly.

Jerry was professional, helpful in his explanations, and did a great job. We are impressed with how the carpet looks and feels.

My house was dry relatively quickly, especial since I had my carpets cleaned in January. He was fast, friendly, and did a great job getting things clean. I will use Zerorez again because the difference (from other companies) is so obvious in my carpet.

I was pleased with the service! My carpets looked fantastic and I liked the no residue and earth friendly cleaners. Very happy. My only negative comment, was I really wanted my stairs done, but I was not going to pay $5.00 a stair. I felt that was really way too much.

Carpet stays cleaner, you come when you say you will, very good technicians who are knowledgeable. I would not use any other service.
