The carpet seems much cleaner after ZeroRez than when other companies have cleaned it. An oil stain under one of our chairs was taken out completely. The technician was polite, efficient, and informative.

The cleaning was excellent but I feel it was expensive. A couple of the bedrooms were quite small with queen-sized beds and so there was very little floor space but I was still charged the full price for up to 200 square feet.

First I don't think that we received the protection on the one area that was addvertised. Also your truck left a oil spill on my driveway.

I thought that the service was good, and my carpets look very good, but I feel like it was a bit pricey. I was quoted alot lower than what it ended up being, because my 'areas were bigger that usual.' That is something that maybe should have been told to me on the phone. The price was $100 more than what I was quoted, so I had to skip the cleaning in one of the bigger rooms. The price still ended up being $30 more than the original quote, because one of the rooms was larger than average.

You came out quickly in an emergency to help us remove water from a flooded office. Isaias was courteous and helpful, and even left his big fan to help dry things out faster! Great experience!

Prompt, professional service

I had some spots on my sofa that I wanted to get out-- and they did not. I am not sure if the tech did all that he could to try to make the spots come out. I paid $100 and my sofa doesn't look much different.

Toxic free. Great results. Mike Root was veru thorough and answered all of my questions. The carpet looks great. I have already recommended Zerorez and Mike to a couple of my friends.

I liked the fact that you do not use soaps to clean,and have a new formula which is used. I noticed a difference in my living room carpet immediately. I did notice however that some places were not that clean in my bedroom, it was as though these places were missed. Iwould place you at a nine or a ten. I am really happy with the result everywhere except in my bedroom. Thanks so much for caring.

There was a miscommunication with what rooms were to be cleaned. The guy in training pre-soaked/sprayed a room that wasn't suppose to be cleaned. When I asked him about the price, he said that it included all the rooms. That one room was never cleaned by the manager/trainer that was with him. I had to call and ask about it. The manager said that it was not included in our price, but with some convincing and a little frustration, they ended up coming back and cleaning the room anyway. I appreciated them coming back and cleaning but it was a bit frustrating. If the room wasn't included in the price, that's fine, but they said that the pre-soak stuff was a solution, not just water. I didn't want it just left on my daughter's bedroom carpet. The cleaning job seemed good, but I didn't think that it was worth the price. I have dealt with other companies that do similar eco-friendly/steam cleaning and they charged not near as much for the entire house. I have very small rooms with a lot of big furniture that wasn't moved, so there wasn't much area to clean anyway. I didn't feel that the price was worth it.
