Your vent cleaning is not worth the $. I found debris by putting my arm into vent. Person said that they clean and they didn't do good enough job . You could make it right by giving a discount on vent cleaning. Carpet cleaning was about average. Found 1 area that didn't get cleaned good enough once dry. Thought zero fez was the best.

This is our second experience with Zerorez ... two different areas of our home, two different technicians, but consistent results. I liked that you didn't use any harsh soaps or chemicals. The young man worked quickly and gave me explanations how Zerorex works. What took time was getting the proper equipment to my 4th floor apartment. Fortunately he was able to park close enough to the building (He was almosT parked directly below my apartment) so that the hoses were long enough, but we had to get them up over my balacony! We did it, and the carpet was cleaned in no time. He could not have brought them up the stairs as my apartmet is quite a distance from them.
SUGGESTION: When a customer lives in an apartment (and I am on the 4th floor) it would be well worth your time to work out any necessary logistics BEFORE the person comes to clean.
I was pleased with my clean rugs and thank you for arriving 3 days after I called to make an appointment.

The carpet looks amazing. All of the stained spots are clean and honestly we didn't expect that. Our technician, Isaias, was extremely friendly and professional. We would recommend him especially and will ask for him next time we clean our carpets. We went out after to run errands and came back 4-5 hours later to dry, clean carpets.
