I was not home when the carpets were being cleaned. The technician kept me updated and informed during the cleaning process.
The last Tech (Rodrico or Renaldo) was terrific. He was assigned to come back for a re-service on two large spots or stains in our rug. He knew exactly what to do and withing a few minutes he had eliminated the stains (spots). With the Home Office's approval, he worked us into his existing schedule and cleaned our small formal dining room rug. It too had some high traffic stains, but in minutes he had removed them. My wife and I are thrilled with his service. We give him and Zerorez a "BIG KUDO!" Name removed
Our grout didn't come completely clean so that was a little disappointing, but the tech was fast.
I like how clean the carpets look and the fact that Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals. I also appreciate the fact that I don't feel pressured into additional products or services.

good results. However, your customer service telephone system is awful. I had to cancel my appointment last week due to my wife having to go to the hospital. I must have tried for over an hour to contact you but to no avail. On you phone you say to press "1" to speak to a rep about an appointment and the phone went dead. I finally called the corporate office and requested someone call me and no one did. I searched the internet and finally found a telephone number and someone actually answered it and I rescheduled the appt. You need to get your phone system up to date.

I was very pleased with every thing, I recommended you to my son, to have his carpet cleaned. His name is Clay Anderson.
The young man who cleaned my carpets last week had some bad luck, which happens to everyone. He got stuck trying to pull into a separate garage that would have allowed him to use his hose better. That was not his fault. However, it took my 13 year-old son and myself as well as your technician an hour to get unstuck so he could clean. At that time it was 5:00 pm. He was rushed to do a good job because he had such a long drive back to your office in Salt Lake and then back to his home. He told me he would be doing a fast job. A flight of stairs and three rooms were cleaned in 40 minutes. They were soaking wet when he left. I know that is the slogan of zero rez that you don't leave any water behind. I asked if we could reschedule so he could do the job well and make it worth my money. I paid over $200 to have this done. He told me he might as well get the job done while he was all the way down in Mapleton. Yes the job was done, but it wasn't what I am used to with zero rez. I was disappointed with the outcome and don't feel like my carpets were cleaned the best.
Knocked picture off the wall, broke the glass. No effort to fix or replace.
My carpets and chairs were much brighter and cleaner. The techs were honest and fair about pricing.
