Same day service ultra clean floors
I like the water treatment with no residue. The service was great. The equipment left some scratches on our hardwood floor which they need to be careful of that. They came today to take care of that and did a beautiful job. So all is well.
The workers were nice guys

I had to reclean the corners of the tile in the bathroom and a few spots showed up after the carpet dried. Overall everything looked much better than before it was cleaned but the results were no better than anyone else I used in the past.
I was overcharged without being told. Allegedly, one of my rooms was over 200 square feet, although I had furniture left in the room so only a portion of the room was even treated. I was never made aware of any additional charge, thus receiving my statement via email was a BIG shock that I was overcharged. I also found it very strange that I wasn't left with ANYTHING from the technician. The tech was great, but he didn't convey anything about the charges and I found that to be very upsetting. He did a pretty good job cleaning, except for the 3 "problem" areas that we pointed out. Those areas didn't look much different than before he cleaned. Overall, I'm not happy due to the overcharge. Especially after speaking to the girl at the office about the overcharge for my carpets. She was rude and supplied no answer other than "I'll talk to a manager and see what we can do for you". Not happy.

He did a good job
He was right on time. The dining and living room carpets had no visiible spots, werent. very soiled so looked good when he finished. The bedroom has a "trail" from door to master bath, which still shows. I know those can't really be elminated.
He had a small area of tile to clean. He left a dirty area on each corner of cupboard including around the island which extended about 3 to 4 inches from corners, grout was as dirty and dark there as before he started because I don't think he even tried to clean those corners. I only had a 100 sq. ft. area done just to see if it would work. He told me that if someone came back to do the rest of the tile, it might look better because they would probably use a stronger solution. There were a few dark spots on grout that he didn't remove, he said they couldn't be cleaned.
We have used Zerorez for years and been satisfied, but I wasn't sure this time.
You kept me updated on when to expect the van to arrive, plus the service technician called to update arrival time. Happy with quality of carpet cleaning.
