We were kkept up to date on arrival time. Procedures explained. Amazing cleaning after being cleaned for the first time in 7 years and it looks new. TEchnician very conceincous.
Your system works and doesn't leave behind residue, which makes carpets get dirty faster. Our family room rug had several stains and your technician got every one out. Looks like new!

It took our carpet over 12 hours to dry which was unexpected and frustrating. We are pleased with the finished results, especially that there is not a chemically smell or residue left on the carpet.

Good personell & no chemicals
The associates where very pleasant to work with. Both the lady setting up the appointment and the technician. The technician gave us some valuable tips to keep our carpet cleaner and help it last longer. He was very quick and efficient! He even got gum out of our carpet!

The machine that scrubed the carpet with the pretrement was amazing. The carpets looked wonderful when finished. Then technician was very kind and professional. He called me when he was 20 minutes out which was in my scheduled window. We went over the before agreed prices and discussed the job, he worked quickly through the whole house and did a great job. Fantastic!!
