Prices. There's a lot of competition out there. Your service isn't superior enough to charge that much more.

Our tech was amazing. He was very thorough and hard working. He was also very generous with information to help the carpet stay clean. I am just so pleased. The carpet looks great. It was well worth the price. You get what you pay for!!!!
