Technician was on time, efficient and did a great job cleaning the carpet. He was able to remove several spots that were not removed by previous cleaners.

The man who came to do the cleaning was very nice. He spent enough time for me to feel like the carpets were as clean as they could be. I have no prior experience with Zerorez, so cannot say whether the cleaning lasts any better than other carpet cleaning, but I am pleased with the results the day after, at least. I have a large house so it was expensive, but if it lasts, it was well worth it.

The carpet looks brand new after being cleaned. The two workers were great.

Spots left on loveseat. I have talked with your representative and have another appointment scheduled to correct the situation. However waiting 2 weeks to get the matter corrected should not be the case. It should be taken care of the next day.

Even after 24 hours our carpet is still wet. We didn't have any extra pet cleaning or anything done. I called about it this morning and was told someone would bring by a floor fan this afternoon, but it's now 4:30 pm & I haven't heard from anyone yet.

quick efficient service

I shopped around and your service is about 30% higher than other carpet cleaners. I have tried other services and been happy with their work. So, I am happy with your service, you guys were prompt, pleasant efficient and friendly. You score 100% there, I just think you are over priced. Oh and I don't like the add on fees of water disposal. That should just be in the original quote and not added on. I also don't like up selling.
