How clean our carpets were
Pricing was a bit confusing / unfair.. Charging full price for rooms that don't meet the minimum and also charging for two rooms when sq. foot slightly goes above sq. foot. How about total sq. ft instead??
Our real estate agent told us that we needed to have Zerorez to clean our carpets. I really didn't think our carpets looked bad at all, but followed her instructions. Our carpets now look better than they did when we purchased the home. Our stairs and entry way look especially nice. The young man who cleaned our house was knowledgable, friendly, and very helpful. Thank you for the excellent service we received.

The process was unique and I thought very good
I've left a voicemail in regards to this issue, with no response. When the carpet on the stairs dried, the face of the stairs dried orange. There is also a perfectly round stain in the hallway (same color) that wasn't there before the cleaning. I believe the carpet was oversaturated in these places and the pad leached through. I have requested that someone come see this and attempt to rectify the situation, with no response.
I love the product and the results. However, when I called in to make an appointment, I talked to someone with a very heavy Spanish accent, so I felt like there was a communication gap. I tried to explain that my living room was large and it would count for two rooms, and he didn't seem to understand, so I actually booked for my living room and a bedroom, which he counted as two rooms (with protectant), when I had a suspicion it was three. So I actually ended up paying for three rooms when he quoted me for two. I hope that makes sense.
The best thing about your company is the employees. The techs that came to my home, Juan and joanah, were fantastic!

I know that my carpets and furniture aren't being cleaned with harmful soaps that leave residue and can damage fabrics.
The lack of chemicals - the process is ingenious. My carpets are clean and don't attract dirt after cleaning. Also, the communication and professionalism are excellent. Thank you for a great service.
It started with the customer service rep on the first appointment. I was pretty specific what treatments each room needed and she was insistent that the service tech would know best. Well the service tech did not know best and I had to call for a redo and when I called the second customer service rep was just as rude about the service "not being guaranteed". I was stupid enough to have the room redone with the treatment I had requested in the first place so it cost me $50 extra than I had planned and I hate the odor of the treatment. Will never use Zerorez again or recommend them to anyone.

Expensive for tile cleaning when they were only here about 45 minutes and cost me 250.00

The technician whose name was Juan was great. He took the time needed to get the real tough spots and my area throw rugs turned out better than I anticipated. Love the product and I will request Juan again.
The sealant is awesome! I am gradually having Ben come spray areas of my house. It's expensive, but I think its worth it. Ben is awesome and is always good to accommodate my schedule. He is pleasant to work with and makes great recommendations. He does a great job, too!

My appointment was scheduled between 2:30-3:00. The cleaner didn't show up until 5:30. No one called and I tried calling, but no one answered after waiting 10 minutes on the line.
