The carpet always looks wonderful after the service!
Our carpets had not been done for quite some time since I had some problems previously with Zerorez. This time, Jonah Stanger came to do the cleaning of carpets from top to bottom of the house. He was fantastic!! I cannot speak highly enough of how he not only represented Zerorez but himself as a professional. He was awesome--he cleaned the carpets quickly and thoroughly, worked hard the whole time, did a complete walk through with me, and the carpets looked better than they have in years. His work was beyond my expectations, and I would like to have Jonah come in the future to do our carpet cleaning. He deserves a huge, huge, Christmas bonus. This is the kind of employee you need to represent your company!

JAKE was hardworking and gave me many suggestions to help my carpet stay clean. I would recommend JAKE and Zerorez to anyone who wants their carpet cleaned.
First of all, I would like to say that everyone was very kind. The technician and the person that we scheduled with on the phone we're both very helpful and polite. When I called to make the appointment I told the person I spoke with that we were getting our carpets cleaned for the specific purpose of getting dog pee out that was in several places in our basement room. Our dog and never had this problem before, so we were unaware of the best way to get it completely out of our carpet. Since this has never happened before, a lot of it had dried before we even found it. The person I spoke with on the phone told me that the technician would have equipment to help find the urine spots, as some of them had dried and semi blended into the carpet color. When the technician arrived, he actually didn't have the backlight on his truck that was supposed to help him find the urine spots. I was disappointed, as we were paying a lot of money for the specific purpose of finding these and getting them out. To compensate for that, he went ahead and sprayed almost the entire room with the urine remover treatment. However, I felt like some of the spots were not thoroughly soaked and, consequently, did not come out. I assume they would have come out if they've been treated fully, as I was able to get them out shortly after he left, with some Resolve urine remover that I had purchased at Walmart. I sort of felt like I had paid a lot of money for something I could have taken care of myself for around $5. My sister in law had recommended your company and had great experience with stains coming out, so I went ahead and had him do a hallway I had not planned on having him do that had a severe strain. He was able to get that stain out & I was really happy about that. If asked, I would tell people to use your company for General carpet cleaning and stains, but not for any pet removal processes.
The technician did a remarkable job! The best we've had yet!
We had some unbelievably bad stains--plums from our back yard--that had been tracked in by our kids. We were deciding whether to remodel and replace the carpets and so didn't clean them immediately. They sat and were ground in for abut 2 months before Zerorez cleaned the carpets. Not only can you not see where the stains were, the entire carpet looks brand-new.

One of the technicians left some kind of canister with liquid on the wood floor while they were working. The canister left it's rectangular shape imprinted on the wood floor and the liquid also seeped between the boards, causing some water damage to the boards. I didn't see it until after they had left. So, probably need to remind the technicians to place towels or some other barrier between such equipment and wood floors.
